The food was delicious and very fresh. Service was very fast and very friendly. Because it was my first time, I didn’t know what to order. I opted for the fritters, fried rice and was offered pepper strands. Everything was absolutely delicious! I will definitely return when I’m in Houston again.
We've had several of their dishes, and I think my absolute favorites are the crispy vegan chicken app, the general chicken (layered bean curd), and the sweet and sour fish sticks. If you're craving something "meaty" and vegan, their dishes hit the spot every time. Everyone here is so nice! They're currently taking online & pick up orders.
Pepper Tree was recommended to my wife and I as we were traveling back home and had to drive through Houston. We went and was blown away by the kindness of the owners! And YES the food was AMAZING!!!! We will definitely make this our stop WHENEVER we are going through Houston. Definitely worth it!!
