Called about the location on main in Houston Texas at 9:15 and placed my order, they called back 3 minutes later to tell me they wouldn't make my order because they're closing in 5 minutes and offered give me phone number to another location that is further away. They close at 9:30 but this is just bad services!

Not sure why you offer Groupon and then refuse to honor them at the register. Just wasted time on my lunch break.

Not sure of the how or why I stopped here for my weekly pizza fix but it has remained in my rotation of foodie spots ever since. Simple, cheap, and GOOD best describe Pepperoni's. I've tried all the rest and it appears Pepperoni's is the best!

Food is great but please train your workers better. I had all the pork removed from my pizza. It would have been great to be told there are Halal and veggie options.

I ordered jerk wings and pizza from this particular location. While I have had positive experiences in the past, my most recent visit, which occurred approximately four years ago, left me disappointed due to a decline in the quality of both the food and service. The pizza was delivered cold, and the chicken wings, while visually appealing, had an unpleasant texture and lacked flavor, making them the worst wings I have ever had at a pizza restaurant. The pizza itself was excessively greasy. Despite my high expectations, the pizza fell short of my expectations.

Subsequently, I visited the establishment the following day to address the issue, only to be informed that since the order was placed through Uber Eats, I would need to contact corporate. Upon contacting corporate, they attributed the problem to Uber. However, considering my proximity to the establishment (a mere four minutes away) and the absence of additional stops for the delivery person, I believe the issue lies with the restaurant.

Furthermore, my observations of the staff during my visit indicated a lack of attention to detail and care in preparing the pizza. In contrast, the Sugar Land location, which I frequent due to its proximity to my workplace, consistently delivers fresh and delicious pizzas, even when multiple stops are involved. This consistency leads me to believe that my dissatisfaction with the pizza from the establishment in question is not an overreaction.

Regrettably, I will not be patronizing this establishment again due to the poor quality of the food and service. The $50 I spent on the meal was not commensurate with the value received; I estimate the actual value to be closer to $15.

Saying it was ordered there via Uber, so you can't refund me. When I went up there, they told me to call corporate. I did so, then you guys tell me I have to call Uber. So Uber said it was too late. The fact that you wouldn't make another pizza and wings is all I need to know. I will tell all my followers and friends on social media to never visit this particular location. It once was good, but obviously, you guys don't care, so have fun selling that lackluster pizza.

4.5 pizza was very good and the crust was nice . I had ordered 12 or something and the Garlic bread could have been a bit crispier but overall I was very satisfied especially with the prices and the cashier at the front was SOOOO NICE big shoutout ??
