Cashier had no clue. Had to repeat order at least 10 times Total was $14.04, gave cashier a $20 bill cashier stood there staring into space, I asked what problem was - she was waiting for register to tell her how much change to give me, (it was $5.96 change) do companies no longer train cashiers to 'count up'? ie 14.04 + a penny = $14.05 + 2 dimes = $14

Whoever worked the register on 03/11/24 around 7pm stood there texting instead of greeting me for minutes and then proceeded to rush me to order just to get right back on the phone. I ordered 2 different types of pizzas and when I got home I had 2 pizzas that were the same and not what I ordered.

They are rude and do not care. I order my pizza. When I got it, it wasn’t made right. I asked to speak to the manager and he or she wouldn’t call me back to ask what happened. And the helper on the phone just blamed me for not ordering a larger pizza. She said because I ordered a small pizza they couldn’t make it the way I wanted. So if you like this place good for you. But I wouldn’t spend a penny here. They should fire the manager and the girl that lied to me. I give this place a negative rating. Don’t waste your money. One day they will screw up your order and then you will remember, I told you so.

Wanted to try this place for the first time today. I came in and saw 3 workers - They all were talking in the kitchen. They looked at me and just continued to talk. Nobody said hello or acknowledged I was even there for 15 mins with no other customers inside. Horrible customer service. I was really hungry and disappointed. Won’t be back! Smh

Placed a $100+ delivery order online. Was not notified that the order was handled by a 3rd party (Slice) until after placing the order. I received a notice that the delivery was made (it was not). Called Pepperoni’s and Slice several times over thirty minutes and was told the delivery was still in route. Then, Slice told me the order was marked delivered and that there was nothing they could do but investigate and that they’d get back to me via email. Pepperoni’s said it wasn’t their responsibility. Needless to say, I’m done with Slice and if Pepperoni’s can’t hold their delivery services accountable and protect their customers, I’m done with them, too.Vegetarian options: No

The food was burnt, very hard, and had little bit of meat on it to be....All the meats (meat lovers). I am very unsatisfied!! I'd rather wait for you to make another one cooked correctly than to send me some burnt food.

I absolutely loved this pizza. The crust was lightly crispy, which really made this pizza unique. A little pricy for a medium pepperoni but worth it!

Pizza is just okay, you can get frozen pizza just as good. We ordered on line and we gave them an extra 15 mins and our food was still not ready.

Chain pizza has its place in the pizza totem pole, which is closer to, if not near the bottom just below utility pizza (#1). Pepperoni's defies this notion slightly, by essentially working it's way to utility status mostly due to consistency and price. They don't pretend to be fancy, knowing full well their pizzas and wings are going to be on the simpler side.Something that strikes me as weird is that their phone number goes to some central spot where orders are related to the individual locations. It's basically a pizza call center and I can envision a number of issues with this. Substitutions and last minute changes would be problematic, while some element of personalized service is lost.I have never seen this place busy. They have plenty of tables and chairs and the space to boot. Staff is always going to be 1-2 folks deep and seem friendly enough but are silently making pies in the back. The pizza itself is not going to win any awards. All things considered, it's solid in a pinch but don't expect anything fancy. The pizzas are reasonably priced and would work well for any party, be it a kiddie event or fóotball watch party. I think their meat combo pizza is the best bet. Classic pepperoni is also a winner and the supreme was no better than a Costco slice.I wouldn't make it a regular spot, but Pepperoni's is a solid option, especially for folks near NRG and Main St. ____________(#1) Pizza that is merely good enough for the moment.

They're lunch specials are great and reasonably priced! Food is always hot and ready at the time allotted when you order through their mobile app.
