My order was canceled without any notice, despite being placed before 10 PM. Your staff claimed the store closes at 10, even though your posted Saturday hours clearly state you are open until 11 PM. Their dismissive attitude and the statement that they “just wanted to clean up and leave” were completely unacceptable.
If your closing time has been changed to 10 PM, it needs to be updated immediately on your website and Google listing. As management, it is your responsibility to ensure accurate information is provided and that staff conduct themselves professionally. This issue should be addressed promptly to prevent it from happening again.

On April 18th we ordered from the Oaks Forest location and were quite disappointed when we had a BOLT in our pizza. Luckily no one choked on it but this is a huge disappointment. We have tried reaching out and have heard nothing from management or the restaurant. So be sure to check your pizza next time you order out at this location. I would recommend ordering from any other location because this one always seems to disappoint even without choking hazards being in our pizza…

Do not recommend this location at all! They are selling TRASH. I would give 0 stars if I could. Rock hard mozzarella sticks completely inedible. The fact that a worker made this trash and saw it fit to box up and send someone home with is absolutely appalling. Mind you it was two orders so I paid $17+ for TRASH. Absolutely no dignity, respect and honestly no sense. Absolutely ruined my appetite and faith in their food because you obviously do not care about your customers and what they are getting so what else do you neglect?? Never had an experience like this with any other location but I will never visit this one again.
My first time ordering They have the snallest wings in the nation!!!! Ridiculous the flats were the size of a baby chick ridiculously small . Thinking i wont order from them again They need to rename them because in Texas things are bigger

I ordered a small pizza with thin crust margarita and paid with spinach on it. I got a thick crust pizza with barely any cheese no spinach and quartered tomatoes clearly no one there knows what a margarita pizza is. But for $10 you need to learn. I will never be back. I would've demanded a refund but the kids working there would've never been able to figure it out. Unbelievable how these places stay in business
