The guy in the front the older guy always has an attitude. I love the food but the customer service needs a class. SMH. Thanks for great pizza just not a lot of good service

This pizza parlor is super special and one of a kind! The food here was fresh, hot, and tasty, and the service was impeccable. Jose, who worked the front, had the store clean and orderly. They even had "All Dogs go to Heaven 2" playing in the background! We will definitely be returning for another visit! If you want 5 star service and food, I highly recommend Pepperoni's.

I call into this location a lot, at least once a month. Tonight was a horrible experience. I called to make a delivery order and all went well. When asked if I would like to tip the driver I said absolutely BUT when I said how much the person on the phone scoffed, had the audacity to tell me it was too low and went as far as to say that if I want to be frugal I shouldn’t be ordering food. I informed him I order from this location all the time and always tip that amount and he claims he’s taken my order before. He then proceeded to tell me the order cannot be delivered, as in he would not allow any of the drivers to deliver the food. I asked to speak to a manager and he claimed to be one. Said his name is Omid. I use to manage a pepperonis and was never allowed to speak to anyone that way. Also tipping is optional, meaning I have the right to tip as much as I want or nothing at all. I have contacted corporate and I am very good friends with the CEO and general manager of the main franchises who I have already contacted. I’m not looking for a handout and I will never order from this location again. The gentleman is clearly abusing his power and could’ve handled the situation very differently. It was unacceptable. As a prior pepperonis employee I suggest he be demoted or your establishment will not last a long time.

Worse restaurant I've ever seen.If you order on Uber eats it says buy 1 get one, but when you get there they will only give you 1 pizza. The guy at the counter is very rude and told me he would not give me another one because his system and Uber Eats systems are not the same and he only saw an order for 1 pizza. Lost $9 sonce they didn't refund me and uber told me they could not do it since the order was ready.Never coming back again.

I was in this neighborhood for an eye exam (a disappointing 2-star experience), and this gem of a pizza restaurant kept the day from being a total loss. A multitude of options were available, and the pricing was reasonable for the high-quality pizza I received. My only criticism is that this business, and all those nearby, had no bike parking or fixtures. Come on, it's the Heights—bikers are everywhere! I'll definitely return to Pepperoni's soon to take advantage of their lunch specials.

Unfortunately my order was messed up. Forced to eat a chicken cheese pizza due to hunger. Chicken was seasoned well and good but pizza was okay at best. Salad and wings were disappointing. Wings tasted like left over frozen wings , dry as well. Salad was basic but to be expected.
