Absolutely the worst customer service, by management, of any dining experience I have ever been privy too.
The food was awful and over cooked. I was advised, by mgmt, that BC nobody else complained this evening about the Lamb Chops, it must have been an anomaly that I alone experienced.
I am not sure how Andrew Calzada, the manager, has a job in management or customer service bc he has no regard to customer service. To belittle my wife and I, by subtracting a portion of our meal based on the amount we ate is inexcusable. We labored through eating the kind crab and lamb chops before we decided it was inedible.
Our waiter was excellent. The kitchen staff was ok. The management of this Perry’s restaurant, that I have been going to for 20+ years is abysmal at best.
We will never go back to this Perry’s or any other location bc of this experience.

I have gone to Perry’s as a return customer many times but I do have to say I was very disappointed on February 13th when we took my aunt to dinner for her 71st birthday. I had made reservations for 5 and when we arrived and were seated it took a long time for our server to take the order. On top of that they mixed up our order and we were waiting for an hour and a half to get our food. When we brought it up to the servers attention and he had the manager come to our table the response was basically your order went to the wrong table so we’re trying to get your food out as soon as possible. Then to top it off when they came to give us our check they gave us the incorrect amounts belonging to a different order. My uncles filet mignon was also cold but he did not return it for fear it would take another hour. Very dissatisfied with the overall service and the managers response to the situation. This was supposed to be a great experience for the family.
