I now understand why this location has the lowest ratings in the Houston area...this will likely be my last visit at this location. Service the entire night was just off. It was a birthday dinner for my son's 15th and a complete disappointment. It started with us sitting for 20mins before being greeted by our server and offering water. I reached out to another server to ask where ours was and he said "she" will be out shortly. Soon after a male comes to the table and says "I'll take your order". Meanwhile other tables have servers that are explaining the menu and specials, etc. We order apps and he immediately wanted our dinner order. The food was good but we waited all night for everything; to order dinner, a clean plate, the dessert menu, the check - a complete waste of $300.

We made reservations for our 5th Wedding Anniversary because we ate here on our wedding day during the pandemic. We requested the same table on the open table app but I wasn't optimistic about the table being available. When I gave my name when we arrived the host knew exactly who we were and proceeded to lead us into a full dining area where the only table available was a reserved table exactly where I requested. This location exceeded our expectations and that's why we go there at least 4 times a year!!

We celebrate my dad's birthday at Perry's and they definitely did not disappoint!! We all got something different (and for the first time it wasn't the famous pork chop lol) and it was all DELICIOUS!! Everything was absolutely amazing and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend.

Our reservation was for 5:30. The restaurant was quiet and intimate even though we were in a large open room. The food was excellent and Giannis(Greek for John) was an attentive but not intrusive waiter. About 6:30 the herds started arriving and the noise level increased markedly. By the time we left around 7:00 it was definitely unpleasant. While the food was yummy and beautifully presented, the prices were exorbitant. Will we return - probably not.

Update: I Really appreciate the General Manager taking Time to read My Review And give Me a Call to First and Foremost Apologize for My Experience i really Appreciate it i Will be Back to give them another try ........Waiting for the Longest to beable to Celebrate a Day that happens once a year and for the Day to Finally arrive you get Seated and Situated I Love the Fact that My Birthday Card was already on the table Ok so the Waiter Comes His energy is Everything so I know Our Experience will be Great right because I am a person to already observe good and bad Ok so we are being served waiting on the rest of my guest to arrive and they Finally do again in between our waiter was doing a Great job Ok so we are all Settled and now we can order because we were ready Ok so we order of course we have a good amount of people at our table one waiter it can be a little overwhelming but one thing a Waiter should NEVER Do is let their guest know that they are starting to be overwhelmed with a table that I won't say is needy but we are particular with the things we need again SERVICE so now we wait quite a while for our food yea things take time of course not all establishments are the same because it was again quite a bit of a wait n now the food starts to come out everyone is getting their Food Me being the Birthday girl Was still observing when Mines will arrive because I ordered the (Symphony Kabob) as Always so I know it takes time with the demonstration that was actually done in the hall walk way part not by me because the waiter said it was not enough room so is that why it all ended up being Cold not to mention I recieved my food very last Cold and my steak pink nowhere near well done like I asked and I had fries that were also not so Hot *Sigh* because yes this was My experience lastnight I informed the waiter of my food being cold he seemed so over it and irritated by this time which that was not his fault about the food he sent it back explained because it was late they would just cook it in the Kitchen and they did when it came out Finally it was HORRIBLE over seasoned rushed under cooked I get it I do I have been in Service a very long time and it's a hit or miss one thing I know is when I come to Perrys and we pay $500 + of our Hard earned Money there should NEVER be a time when the waiter shows you they are overwhelmed the food should not just be a take it or Leave it again We were out Celebrating my Birthday we go to Perrys often this is our first time at this location because I wanted to experience this Locatins FOOD AND SERVICE which I already rated on the stars not all establishments are the same but giving this feed back is to REMIND the Staff this is SERVICE I said I would actually return and give it another try then again maybe not the more I think about it being my Birthday Dinner and I actually left WITHOUT EATING THAT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING because in all Honesty I never recieved an apology as if it was My Fault for the Experience so yea that's my rant review on this Perry Location maybe I will still give a E for Effort because my Birthday card was on the table 😕😕 Reservation: Kajuana 9/25 for 7 pm I didn't even get the Waiters name I'm sure you guys will and Maybe the cook who did a Horrible job remaking my food Thanks again anyways ....

Restrooms were out of order and told ladies and men to walk to Macys (at night) to use their restrooms. A health department issue at best but a real safety concern for customers, not to mention the inconvenience!!! Did not close the restaurant until “permission@ was given. A big miss!!!!

Overall, it was a nice meal. We were told by friends that we would receive a senior discount if we went before 6 pm (which we did) and if we told the restaurant ahead of time (which we did). When the waiter brought our bill I didn't want to spoil the evening by requesting a discount so I did not mention it. We enjoyed the meal but the only reason we went to Perry's was because our friends told us about the senior discount. We have not been to Perry's for several year but wanted to try it again after having had a couple of bad experiences at the Memorial City Perry's in the past.
