It's just ok. Food and service were mediocre. There are better Peruvian restaurants. You get what you pay for.

My family and I absolutely love this Peruvian restaurant! We love the rich flavors and authentic dishes. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for family outings.
One dish that stands out for me is the tallarín verde con bistek, a true masterpiece! The pasta is perfectly cooked, coated in a creamy basil sauce that's bursting with fresh, herbaceous flavor. The bistek is always tender and seasoned just right, providing the perfect complement to the vibrant pasta. It's a must-try for anyone who loves comforting, flavorful dishes.
This place has quickly become our go-to spot for a taste of Peru. Highly recommend it!

First time here and last! Owner was very rude she won’t allow any substitutions even though it’s same price on their menu. Paid the up charge. Ordered Milanesa De Pollo overcook and very dry, soup was puree with not much flavor, salad small with only Italian bottle dressing, then was given dried out limes and warm water with no ice to drink! Definitely would not recommend this place!!

A small and cozy restaurant serving delicious Peruvian food. We had the causa and fish ceviche. The causa was better than the ceviche, the empanadas de ají de gallina were very tasty too. (I'd recommend going for the hot foods)

Restaurantji Recommends
been a customer for years but recently the quality has spiked downwards…pescado a lo macho used to be a delicacy but lately the quality is poor no flavor chewy seafood topping and even at times little etsy pieces of squid and shrimp
Would not recommend anymore … gonna get thai from down the street which has ALWAYS maintained its highest quality and never a surprise when arriving home with your well-paid for dinner and finding something put together with no care or with rising costs in mind…. won’t return for a while.

The food was very good… its flavors were very delicious and the quantity was spectacular, too much portion for each dish. They have a lot of variety in their menu and they also sell traditional products, the place is very clean… the service is a little slow and the delay of the food is also a little slow, the place is small so there is not much space at the time I went there. Bathrooms did not work…their prices are a little high but what is replaced by the quantity portion of their dishes…
Parking: Few
Kid-friendliness: Yeah
Wheelchair accessibility: It is in doubt, there is little space. It would be a matter of calling and planning a table before

The food was horrible, I ordered a Huancaina potato as a starter, it had no flavor, it lacked salt and I thought it was just milk and aji Amarillo (I was waiting for the cheese) in the background I asked for rice with seafood and they brought me a bunch of rice with two seafood. I thought I would remember a little of my Peru in that place, but they don't even serve that way in Tia Poison. The service wasn't bad, of course they don't cook. Anyway

My wife and I loved Peru Cafe Express. The Empanadas were tasty and we loved all of them. Tried a chicken, a beef and a cheese empanada.... they were gone before we knew it. They brought us a small plate with a small salt and pepper shaker and a red and green sauce with tiny spoons. The red had some serious heat, the green was a little milder, both were great. The chicken and rice soup was savory but the rice and chicken were sparse, the broth was stellar. The Tallarin Verde Con Bisteck/ Pesto Fettucine with flat steak was my favorite.....8 stars! I've never tried this particular Peruvian dish before, it's my new favorite! We'll be back for more of these goodies!
