First time going here with my friend that is a regular.I didn't know what to choose because everything seemed so good! My friend ordered the MI Quang and man I should have gotten that after I tried hers! It was so good! I ended up getting the bun rieu with tofu, and it was good as well, just not as good as my sister's. We also shared the banh bot loc, it was decent I just didn't like the oil on it. They do this because it sticks to the banana leaf.Prices are extremely reasonable.If you come here, please know it is your typical mom and pop, hole in the wall type of place. It is blocked by a building so you can't really see it from the main road. It's definitely one of those places that grew their business via word of mouth because the soup is great.

A fave local Viet restaurant in the area. It's located in a spacious plaza where Thang Hung grocery store is. Their service is pretty quick and friendly. Some of my favorite items to get is the fried rice with shaken beef, mi quang, dry hu tieu, and bun thịt nướng.Their pho is also pretty solid. Great portion and with good prices. I always enjoy getting to-go here for lunch. A great spot to get your Viet food craving. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

Editing my review from 8 years ago & upping to 5 stars! After trying tons of pho & bahn mi around houston, you realize what a hidden gem this place truly is. And now that I live a few blocks from here, I come in at least once a week. Best Vietnamese food in Houston, best boba with perfect texture & flavor, best pho, best Vietnamese egg rolls, best bahn mi, best vermicelli, best shaking beef platters, really no other flavors in the area beat this place. I don’t venture past the basics on the menu but I see tons of other people trying other authentic soups that look really really good too. Service is extremely fast, food comes out so quick during the busy lunch rush, staff is so nice & gets to know their customers quickly.Original review: Great lunch spot. Quick, good pho with very flavorful broth! Delicious egg rolls. Haven't tried anything else here, but looking forward to it.Parking: Shopping center has plenty of parking during busy hours
This is probably the best Pho I've had at very reasonable prices. Everything I've tried so far has been wonderful. The only downside of this place is that it closes relatively early, so i can't go for dinner.Go here. Eat here.

Gross!! The waitress had her son there with her and he was coughing the whole time the restaurant is dirty and the silverware was dirty. Do NOT recommend. Someone should call Health department on this restaurant.

I was craving pho nearby and I’m glad I came across this spot! The inside is spacious with plenty of seating.For drinks, I ordered Thai iced tea with boba. I’m happy to say that I was able to taste the thai tea without the condensed milk being overpowering and the boba was soft and chewy. As for pho, I ordered the one with rare steak, flank, and tripe. The broth was flavorful and savory, the meats were great, and the noodles were cooked perfectly.The service was friendly and the food came out very quickly. No complaints about this spot and I can’t wait to come back!

The Hispanic girl is a big weirdo and she always forgets to put in the orders and messes up the orders
Located in a less gentrified part of Spring Branch, don't be afraid of the less than polished exterior (and interior). This establishment is serving really flavorful soups to those in the know. The staff treats you like they know you; and the whole restaurant feels like your visiting someone's home. Friendly patrons and servers made the quaint interiors feel like something more than its parts. The broths here are deeply flavored and very nicely spiced. Nice bubbles of unctuous rendered fat floating throughout, and all the fall spices that make the the soup the ultimate comfort food. The spring rolls are packed well and the banh bot lac were a unique appetizer that's either addicting or maybe not for everyone. I'll need to come back and try the sandwiches and other menu items. Glad the good weather is here so that I can fit more pho in the rotation.

Love this restaurant I visit here regularly. This appetizer is my favorite dish. The service here is fast and simple. They actually check on you at least once after they drop off your food. The ambiance is typical of a Vietnamese restaurant, no frills just good food. Please check this place out!! You won't be disappointed!!

As a spring branch native I was keen to eating Pho at the other 2 local spots over the last 10 years. I surely missed out on this for a long time. The pho broth here for the Pho Ga is the best in town, they even have better service than the other 2 places meaning they actually come back to your table and refill your drinks if needed. The restaurant itself is just a space with some tables, but forget the ambiance go there to eat and be prepared to eat good
