very frustrated because I told the restaurant to heat up the cake to go to work and eat. I didn't have time, but when it was poured out, the cake and meat were cold, the bean sprouts couldn't be cooked, I ordered vinegared onions but it wasn't there, I couldn't eat a cold bowl of pho with raw meat and the food couldn't be cooked even though I told it VERY CAREFULLY!

It would appear new ownership for Pho Nguyen. Quality/Quantity has decrease. For Pho and Bun Cha Ha Noi, which are my favorites, it taste differently now. The amount of food also has decrease. I can't say that this place is one of my best place anymore. This is unfortunate.

We were subject to racial profiling as we entered the established we were not greeted nor sat, we had to find a table ourselves.we waited for over 10 mins to be served as we tried to call them over multiple times as we were ready to order. We were ignored multiple times as they seated and serviced others there, They asked us to do take out as if they didn’t want us to eat in there establishment. This was the first time I’ve experienced something like this where we were looked at as a problem and it was a very unwelcoming feeling and pressence to my friend and I. It will be my last time visiting Pho Nguyen.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had such delicious and authentic Hanoi-style Bún Chả. The grilled meat was tender, and there was plenty of fresh herbs and noodles to go with it. I also tried the Phở, fried rice, and spring rolls. I found the prices to be reasonable considering the quality of the food.

Hầu như tăt cả các môn dêu rất ngon đặc biết mặt là phở I also appreciated the variety on the menu, offering not just pho but also a range of other delicious Vietnamese dishes. Everything we tried was bursting with authentic flavors. . I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Vietnamese dining experience. Definitely a 5-star restaurant!
