My family and I recently dined at Phat Ky Restaurant and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The seafood was absolutely delicious—each dish bursting with fresh flavors and perfectly cooked to perfection. From the succulent shrimp to the tender fish, every bite was a delight. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're a seafood lover, this place is a must-visit. I can't wait to come back and try more of their amazing dishes! Highly recommended! And yes, they got my spicy level!

I called in and ordered for takeout of 100 small egg rolls the day before and they said it would good. They said to call in 30 mins before picking up which I did and the female cashier said that she'll put in the order. I live 40 mins so I'm been driving 30-35 mins and they called me back saying there are no more egg rolls... At this point, I'm just super disappointed that they waited that long to let me know... Luckily I was in town to pick up other things.... Again, I've ordered here before and I love the egg rolls but I'm just flabbergasted by the service.

I used to go to this place regularly when I was working downtown or in the medical Center. The quality food and the friendly service had us coming back again again. I haven’t been there in several years. I went today and was very disappointed. The food quality has gone way down. I got the catfish, clay pot and it was old and did not taste like it used to. And I hate to say this, but I found a cockroach crawling close to the table where we were eating. I won’t be back. No plates with our appetizer had to ask for one. It appears it under renew ownership because I don’t see any of the old people that I used to see there. Too bad.
I've been to this place for so many years and I've hyped this place up to my buddy, and we finally decided to go there. First impression when we walked in was that all the decor had changed as well as the host. It was an Indian girl who seated us and we were skeptical about it because we were the ONLY people in there. The girl tells us the food taste the same so decided to order. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE! What made it worse was that the Indian girl gave us our silverware and decided to clean our spoons with her thumb! Not even a napkin to clean it! That was so disgusting that we just couldn't even continue to eat. We paid full price for this trashy food and went to SINH SINH instead. I've never walked out of a restaurant with the food being that bad but this was unacceptable. I pretty much paid $70 so I can write about this establishment about how horrible my experience was. Save your money and go to Agas across the street.

I have been coming to Phat Ky well over 10+years, but since I moved to Richmond in the last 7 years I have only been twice. I decided to give it a try on my way in from Hobby and I ordered my usual fried rice, general so and crab puff. Everything was absolutely disgusting. The general so was hard and not fresh tasting, crab puff lacked flavor and the fried rice has definitely changed in taste and no appeasing. I called and spoke to the manager Mark and he offered to remake it, but I live 30min away, so I will make time to bring it back during the week for a complete refund🤮
