The reservations are inconsistent. This is the 2nd time my reservation was wrong. The website doesn’t specify what area you are reserving so you may be in a different room than you think. The food is mediocre at best. The bar charges gratuity (20%) even if you’re one person eating and drinking alone. This B.O.B. must do better!!

Its crazy how they make u pay $10 for parking first of all then they automatically charge u gratitude thats crazy the food wasn't that good and they give small portions but they want black people to support black people smh

The food was delicious! Customer service was exceptional, very friendly and inviting it was 9 of us from Austin, and the took great care of us! Pricey! Was awesome she took great care of us! Definitely recommend this place!

It’s so sad how our waitress gave us poor service. She never checked on us or anything. It wasn’t even busy. Then she had the nerve to try to take a 20 dollar tip absolutely not. The total price was 48 dollars plus tax 52. How the he’ll did it jump to 68 dollars? She missed out on a tip trying to be deceitful and the service was poor. She acted like something was wrong with her idk. To take out your own tip when u provided poor service is insane. Blavk people can never do right. Then the tip said 10 dollars well where did the other 10 go? I will not be back such a shame fr. When we asked for the bill she disappeared again!

The food is good, the service is mediocre! The bartender today 8/24/24 around 3:30/4 was the rudest person I’ve been in contact with in a while. The type of service that she gave was very terrible. She was rude and abrasive. Very disrespectful with her attitude. This place isn't cheap so I expect better service.

Wow… where do I start? The positive… the cornbread was delicious (I had the oxtails plate) and the water was refreshing…the music was decent—which unfortunately, was not enough for me to patronize again…but, if you like very salty meals, overpriced food (due to atmosphere + taste + location) …lukewarm service from the waiting staff… broken toilet… classless environment give them a visit… we went because I heard people speak well of the spot… maybe we just came on a bad night.

The music was a little louder than it needed to be for the size of the crowd. But the Zydeco Band was very GOOD. The service was slow, but learned that they're short staff. The food was very good & tasty. Cajun Dirty Rice was delicious! along with the crispy fried fish. We ate 100% of our meal.
The food here is horrible. I ordered lamb chops and they gave it to me with spoiled dirty rice. Then the manager picked it up and agreed. Then I tried pasta and it had absolutely no flavor not a grain of seasoning. Lastly I tried the mimosas and the champagne was flat. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.
Lastly after such horrible service the manager didn’t even offer a sorry or a discount for spoiled food.

This place needs improvement. I went there for Sunday Brunch where I waited more than a few minutes to be seated. The business wasn't even crowded. Then I was greeted, on a Sunday, mine you, by a waitresses dressed in work out attire and ear buds in her ear. She brought us food with no napkins and took so long to follow-up with us, I had to go and request my own rice. When I tried to express my concerns to management, I was dismissed and treated like I was the problem. One manager was hostile and defensive and the other laughed it off like it wasn't an issue. But these people have the audacity to attach a 20% gratuity to your bill. We should really do better as a black owned business we should start by training the employees properly and having some standards about customer service rather than treating the customer like you're doing them a favor. Word of mouth can make or break a business. Know your worth.
