it was very good food i loved the chicken pho and the fried dumplings. The atmosphere is very cute and organized. i liked that they give glass cups for drinks and not plastic cups. for two people it was almost 40 bucks. Well worth it, for sure recommend!!!

First time at this location, Went to pick up my to go order and wanted to add a side of just banh mi bread to dip in my soup as I’ve done at every other location. Woman at the front laughed in my face about it but seemed to not understand me, once I spoke to someone else he translated it to her and they would not stop laughing at me about it. Also was hard to order over the phone due to language barrier

The personnel is nice but don't speak or understand English. They always get my order wrong. I ask for no meat and extra lime and cilantro in my soup. I never get it. I order a small one always come with a large. I went on Monday at lunch time and ordered shrimp spring rolls and they brought me broth to dip my rolls. When I asked they said they ran out of peanut sauce dip. I told them I didn't want rolls. They still charged me. I liked Pho18 but the quality and taste is not the same since the new owners came in. Even though the quality has not been good I have given them the benefit of the doubt and have came back twice again and the same thing. Will not be going back plus the prices have gone up. That would not be a problem if the food was good.

i came here at lunch and ordered Fried Chicken Plate. It was lowkey surprisingly good the skin was crispy and meat need a little more juicy but it going great with the sauce. Lots of savory in this dish never tried this flavor before even i am Vietnamese. Recommended
