I usually make my own pho because I can't find any good places near me. But I've gone to pho 21 3 or 4 times now when I need a quick pho fix. I ordered the dac biet. The everything in my soup bowl...it comes out hot, fresh and so good!!!

The beef pho is delicious very flavorful and rich, as well as the egg roles very crispy and delicious with the sauce. The service is good. However, the restaurant feels a little old and dusty it just needs a little love. Overall, great food for the winter or rainy days.

I love this place so much and can't say enough good things about it. I always order a Number 15 pho and it's perfect every time. Another favorite is the grilled chicken vermicelli bowl that comes with egg rolls. They're so incredibly delicious. I don't go out to eat that often but I come here consistently it's just that good, fast, and well priced. I can't stop coming here! ?

The spring rolls had cheap sandwich meat I them. The chicken and rice was marginal, and the Pho had chewey tendon that we suspect wasn't cooked long enough.
