The pho competition is very high, especially in Houston, but Pho 54 is probably one of the best ones I’ve had.
Tip: Make sure to ask for fresh noodles! It doesn’t cost extra and I feel like they taste better.
What stands out about Pho54 is the amount of meat they give. Many pho spots tend to give an average amount or skimp out but at Pho54, there’s plenty which I appreciate. The broth is pretty solid- maybe Pho Dien’s broth is slightly better but honestly, it’s pretty comparable.
I also love how you can choose up to 4 different meats since I usually only like tripe, steak, brisket, and fatty brisket (not many pho spots have this combo and you’d usually have to get tendon with it).
This is my go to spot for pho from now on!

It's hard to believe that this street is full of so many delicious pho shops. Pho54 is another place that deserves 5 stars for the taste of the soup. Excellent space and fresh vegetables I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

The pho was good! Large was very generous! We ordered the beef pho and bun bo Hue dac biet (steak, beef shank, meatball, blood kurd, etc.)

The drinks were fantastic as well. We ordered the Thai tea with clear boba and coconut coffee! The drinks were my favorite

The broth was cold when my older came out. Aside from that, the portions are ok. I ordered the brisket pho and got my meat than noodles, which is weird but ok.

Pho54 is a hidden gem! The pho is absolutely incredible – the broth is rich and flavorful, and the portions are generous. I tried the beef
pho, dry chicken pho and spicy beef. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked! The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. This is definitely my new go-to spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommend!

Pho 54 is a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese pho. The service is quick and the staff are friendly, adding to the overall positive dining experience. One of my favorite dishes here is the special dried chicken pho. The boiled chicken is perfectly cooked with golden yellow skin and tender, juicy meat. The sauce poured over the dried pho noodles is incredibly delicious and complements the dish beautifully. If you're ever in Houston, you should definitely give it a try.

Pho 54 serves up a fantastic bowl of beef pho that feels like a warm hug in a bowl. The broth is deeply flavorful and has this great balance—rich, a little sweet, and packed with spices like star anise and cinnamon. They don’t skimp on the beef either; it’s tender and melts in your mouth, pairing perfectly with the chewy noodles. They give you a good amount of fresh toppings—basil, lime, sprouts, jalapenos—so you can customize each bite. It’s filling without being too heavy, and the service is friendly and efficient. If you’re craving real, satisfying pho, this is definitely the spot.
