I've tried many pho places around the Katy area and had yet find anything that tasted close to the real thing and wanted a place that focused on a good broth and not just the toppings such as meats and the noodles.
I finally found the place and it's been hidden from me as I drive home each day. This place has been open and family-runned for 10 years. Her broth has bones that's been simmering for hours and the flavors come out. The broth doesn't taste like MSG compared to other places who use a ton of MSG. MSG makes foods taste good, but don't over do it and this place did exactly that. Her broth was smelled so good and flavorful, it complimented the meats and noodles. Please give this place a try, you won't regret it.

Read the sign next to the pay counter. Pest treatment was done one year ago. Cockroaches was the first log and nothing else after 🤮 I noticed this after I scarfed down a bowl of pho. I tried to peak in the kitchen to see cleanliness. Not great, I was really looking for you know what crawling around. Poor lady she was nice too. It's probably the building. Once they are in. They don't leave, only heat treat the whole building in extreme temperatures. Spray and traps don't work. I started to look into reviews, well good for the most part until I ran across one stars and seen other people have had worst experience. One photo had a actual roach in it 😔 I'm viet too and extremely disappointed. She even ask for a review after paying. Should just sell the business and enjoy retirement. I did leave a tip though, not completely a POS

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded my expectations. The service was just as impressive - friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. You can tell the staff truly care about making guests feel welcome. I'll definitely be coming back

I was feeling like some comfort food and saw this place off google. A really nice old lady greets me and sits me down. She points at the special and shows me a photo of the giant pot where the broth is being cooked and it looked delicious. I told her let's do it and wow it was 100% worth it. Get the special guys! The taste is delicious!

I tried the combination pho and really enjoyed it--flavorful and satisfying. That said, the restaurant could benefit from a thorough cleaning; the overall hygiene raised some concerns. My bill came to just over $15 with tax. I handed the owner, an older woman, a $20 bill. She placed it in the register without offering change. When I asked about it, she told me the difference was her tip. I gave 2 stars for the latter experience. I probably will not go back.
