It was my first time here and the lady was super kind and sweet! I had the chicken pho and it was authentic. The main highlight for me was that the pho actually looked like home made broth with rendered fat on top. I've never seen that at any of the other pho places I've tried so far. The only downside is the place is warm/humid which struck me as odd. Overall great experience, and I was in and out in 25 mins.
Finished my Pho and springrolls and forgot to take pictures. Vietnamese milk coffee is very yummy not too sweet not too bitter, very balanced. The owner lady does everything by her own and is super nice to everyone!
What truly sets this place apart is the incredibly flavorful broth as it’s rich and perfectly seasoned. It is absolutely packed with flavor and really sets them apart from the other pho restaurants in the area. The owner is very friendly and inviting which makes you feel right at home. Five stars from taste alone!
