I love the food at this location but I was really bothered that there was plastic in my food. I was a chewing my food and had to spit it out. They need to be more cautious when preparing the food.

I've been coming to Pho Binh on White Oak for 2 years. This is my favorite vietnamese restaurant in the Heights area. All of my friends/family who visit, I take them here. It is a must-try (especially their lemongrass beef rice dish or vermicelli bowl) It is cute and quant inside and the workers are so friendly. 10/10 recommend!

I came here for dinner around 7:30 pm. The patio was pretty packed, but the dining room was nearly empty with plenty of open seating.
Unfortunately, the person who took our order at the counter showed zero customer service skills, no smile, no thank you, and didn’t even ask what size we wanted for our meal.
We ordered a vermicelli bowl with pork and shrimp, shrimp spring rolls, and a chicken pho (ordered dark meat but received white meats, had to ask for remake). The total came to about $40, which felt overpriced for what we received. The food was fresh, my fiancé enjoyed his bowl, but the chicken pho was bland to me.
By the time we left around 8 pm, a group of about five employees were gathered behind the counter chatting, while both the dining room and patio still had dirty tables and dishes. Yet again, no “bye thank you have a great night” when guests leaving.
It’s disappointing to see high labor costs paired with poor deployment and lack of attention to guests. I genuinely want to support local businesses, but with mid-level food quality, high prices, and poor customer service, I wouldn’t come back.

Food was amazing. While we were waiting on our food. The manager brought my son a free bowl of beef broth as my son was having some discomfort from dental work he just had from down the street. Excellent customer service will definitely be back!

First of all my dark meat was a bit rubbery like it was re- warmed. The broth alone did have as much flavor. The A/C was out!! That turned my pho dining experience. The restaurant was dirty like needed a clean sweep. I sweated to eat my dinner....

The Pho broth was kind of bland and the tendon wasn’t cooked enough. It was too chewy. The restaurant looks nice and is fairly clean. However I don’t think I will be back.

Disappointed with the portion size for takeout. I ordered a Large Pho Tai and received a very small portion of noodles in the bowl (see photos attached). I can’t imagine what a Regular portion size is if this is the large size! Paid $15.25 for a large pho and probably the most expensive I’ve paid for pho for what I got. Extremely disappointed.

The beef pho and egg rolls was not that good. I gave it 2 stars bc of the good service. I only went here whenever my favorite pho place closed.
