Such huge bowl… I love their bún suông and phở, if you are meat lover this is the place you have to try in Bellaire, the price is reasonable with a lot of topping and vegtebales.

Great place for Pho the broth is thick and addicting. The atmosphere of the place is relaxing. The service is decent but there is a language barrier so they might seem rude but are good people. This place is my favorite Pho spot due to portion size and delicious broth, a great place for dine in or takeout.
☎️ Guy answering phone did not speak or understand English and eventually hung up on me. So I went in person.
🙅♀️📛 Google maps shows closing hours 9pm. I arrive 8:45pm, open sign on but door locked. Server looked at me and ignored me as I stood at the door for 5 minutes (uploading photo of their actual times, their responsibility but I don't want others to drive out for nothing like me).
❌Went back for durian smoothie today. The same waitress who ignored me laughed when I asked for a durian smoothie, saying the ENTIRE MENU PAGE of smoothies No longer exists.
‼️OWNER, higher someone who can speak enough English to take orders or answer questions over the phone and update your online presence and menus so I don't waste 2 days of valuable time.
I'm Vietnamese and this experience gives Viets a bad name.
I've tried the pho here a few times and the soup is never hot enough. Almost tepid, really. I don't think I'll be coming again.

I hate the service; they were so rude. $11-12 for pho, but it came with just one piece of beef and one beef ball.

Very bad customer service. Our family including 7 adults and 2 little kids had a dinner at this restaurant in a weekday that was not crowded. Here are some cons:
1/ The owner was rude and impatient to take our orders, even our family was the only guests at that time. Service attitude is very impolite and impatient. The owner urged customers to take orders even though the restaurant was not crowded and my family was the only customer at that time. Put the utensils and forks on the table as if to tease the guest.
2/ The Bun Bo Hue was very salty. Rice with pork chop was still undercooked. Hue beef noodle soup is very salty, even though you add lemon juice and add vegetables to the broth, it is still very salty. The grilled ribs were still raw and juicy.
3/ Unclear menu and checkout
Billing is not clear and transparent. When I asked for the bill, the lady just gave me a piece of paper with scribbles written on it when she took the orders and wrote down the total amount. I politely asked her to print or clearly state the price of each item for me to see. The owner shouted loudly and argued with me, saying they had been selling here for more than 20-30 years, the total price they listed was correct, we talked back and forth for a while before they would print an invoice for me. I asked why the price for hot tea was so high. 4 people ordered hot tea, they brought up 2 pots of tea and 4 small cups and they charged $1.95 per person to drink tea, instead of per pot of tea. I said on the menu it doesn't say $1.95 per person, what did they say when I ordered I didn't ask them. I said when ordering, you should be the one to explain carefully to the customer. Other shops charge hot tea per pot, while she charges per person. The menu is not clearly written, and when paying, it is in a different way.
Conclusion: bad customer service, rude owner, salty foods, unclear menu and checkout. We DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

Did not like the food
I was having a rough day and I walked in 45min before they closed. I was the only one in the restaurant too. They were so kind to me and let me eat without rushing me. Very fresh food and vegetables! The hot jasmine tea was so good. I ordered a round eye pho. #7 the egg rolls were super bomb too ?

I was craving bun suong and I read somewhere that this place had a good bun suong so we gave it a try. We usually don’t drive that far down Bellaire so we were not familiar with this shopping strip. The parking lot really needs to be repaved and the drivers have no sense of common courtesy or right of ways.
As soon as we opened the doors to the restaurant we were greeted by the delicious aroma of pho. It almost made me want to order pho instead but I stuck to the plan and got what I was craving.
Menu: The menu had a lot of items and the drink menu also had some traditional drinks not found everywhere including the salty lemonade and the nước chanh xí muội. Obviously, pho is a main item there but they also had rice dishes and many other noodle dishes. The owner told me their rice and chicken dish was popular.
Food - the bun suong was good but since I have only had it once before and that was over 20 years ago, I don’t have a comparison. Both my son and I ordered it and we both enjoyed it. Price is now $12.95 which is more than any of their other noodle soups but the bowl was very large. It is now several hours later and I am still so full.
Ambience - aside from the parking lot, the restaurant was nice and clean. Lots of windows and plenty of light. There was an annoying fly flying around us as we ate though.
Service - we were directed to a table as we entered and as soon as she finished up getting orders from the other table, she came over and gave us menus. After we ordered, it did seem like a very long time before our food car out but seems like there were only two people there working and the table that came in before us had many people.
Cost - $12.95 seemed high for me for Houston but everything is more expensive these days. My son was thinking that everything was so cheap compared to Boston. However, when I went to pay, the amount he told me still seems high for our 2 bowls and one drink. There was nothing written down. I went to the register and he gave me a price. I paid it and left a good tip but if it was a larger bill, I would have asked to see it itemized. The numbers just didn’t add up if you use the prices from the menu.
Overall, it was a good experience and I will be back to try other dishes in the future.
Parking: Drivers don’t necessarily drive on the correct side or go down aisle correctly. Drive slowly.

The pho and egg rolls are soooo yummy! And the portion is worth the price.
