We got pho in a stone bowl with fatty brisket and filet on the side. The broth was incredibly flavorful and delicious! However, we were disappointed that they were out of oxtail and bone marrow, as we were really looking forward to trying those.
The hot stone bowl was a fun experience at first, but it did make the soup TOO hot. We couldn’t eat directly from the bowl and had to ask for a regular bowl on the side just to enjoy our meal comfortably.
Overall, the flavors were fantastic, but the extreme heat of the stone bowl wasn’t for us. We’ll still come back, but order just a standard bowl next time!
