First time here- ordered char grilled pork spring rolls and char grilled pork vermicelli. The pork in the spring rolls was delicious and definitely cooked on a grill/ griddle. The pork with vermicelli was tender and tasty but definitely not char grilled. 2 totally different preparations, which was odd

had the beef vermicelli. the beef was dry but well seasoned and my noodles were child sized portion. unfortunately only 1 star because so little noodles and the noodles were cut into such small pieces that i couldn’t get my fork to wrap them up. probably only 1inch long. should not cut noodles for no reason…?
