I’m not Vietnamese so can’t speak on the authenticity. The Pho I had here, though, is the best ever to me. The broth was rich in flavors but not greasy at all. I wasn’t so hungry but I finished the whole bowl. The server was also polite and warm. I’d come again.
Went to the restaurant after visiting NASA. The experience was great! Server was very friendly and food was good. Highly recommend spring roll, rock and roll chicken and beef noodle soup. Loved everything we ordered.
I love this place, take-out or dine in. Can't beat the Pho if your in the mood, but my hidden favorite is the Vietnamese Burrito. I have a big appetite but struggle to finish the portions served. Other Vietnamese restaurants pale in comparison. Damn, I'm getting hungry writing this, but I'm 200 miles away right now.
