The first time I ordered was through Uber Eats and I was really impressed. I got two bowls of the vegan pho with tofu and all the onions and herbs, vegetarian egg rolls, and vegetarian dumplings. The broth was very flavorful and the portion size was perfect. I really enjoyed the egg rolls and really appreciate that they make a vegan sauce to go with it. Husband and I liked it so much we returned 2 days later to try it in person and it was even better... especially the appetizers since we were able to eat it fresh. We arrived at 8:30pm and were the last people to be served. One group arriving 10 minutes later were turned away. I've learned from previous experience that kitchens around Houston usually close 15-30 minutes before the listed closing time so it's best to not get there too late. This is our new go to spot! We were going to another one down the street regularly but have been let down a number of times with the inconsistency and for adding vegetarian egg rolls to the menu but never having it available.
Vegetarian options: Vegan pho, vegetarian egg rolls with vegan fish sauce, vegetarian dumplings
Say they close at a 9, So I get here at 8:25 and they’re telling me that their kitchen is closed. So advertise that and say you close at that time! I drove 30 mins for no reason!

I walked into the joint, and at first glance, it was lookin' pretty tidy and had a charming vibe. But man, I've got a bone to pick with how they responded when I spotted this bug floating around in my soup. Not even so much as an "oops" or "we're sorry" from them! The dude just offered up another bowl like it's no big deal. Honestly, I'd have appreciated if they'd let me choose whether I wanted my money back or maybe get a fresh dish.
So there I am sitting down again big mistake and bam! Three bugs on the lettuce under where my egg rolls lay. When I pointed that out to them, instead of being nice about it, they gave me attitude like Im the problem. And talk about rude the cashier basically slapped my refund into my hand without uttering a peep. No type of Apologize at all! Let me tell you Im not ever setting foot in that gross place again! Seriously thinking 'bout ringing up the health inspectors for sure!

I got the pho with brisket and the fried egg rolls, egg rolls were great but small, pho broth lacked flavor, service was quick, and i loved that they are open late, but there is limited seating

This was probably one of my worst experiences I’ve had with pho, my girlfriend and I came here for dinner and she wanted a vegetarian pho with beef broth cause she likes the topping with no cilantro since she can’t eat it. Not only did they not give her beef broth they gave her what looked like extra cilantro. The staff was so not attentive when I was ordering that I knew this was gonna happen. Never coming here again!
