I was in the mood for spring rolls. I ordered them and they didnāt have any so I dipped out and was gonna go somewhere else.
On my way out I decided maybe I didnāt need the spring rolls so I came back. At that point I think he was the owner walked in. He said he would make some for me fresh. I thought that was cool!
One order of spring rolls and large combination chicken pho came out to $22.00. Yikes! A bit high but I wanted to give it a try so no worries.
Fresh spring rolls came out. It was 1 fresh spring roll cut in half. lol. That was my only issue.
Edit: the menu does say āSpring Rollā. So one cut in half is totally fair. I went up to 5 stars. lol.

Would of loved to try it but when we got there at 8 the staff had told us that they closed an hour before they where supposed too but didnāt really give us a reason after we drove 30 mins .
Great tasting Pho place that's open late at night! Service is very quick and smooth. Jimmy's energy is amazing and we really enjoyed it!

The service was really good but the pho was terrible. Iāve never had bad pho in my live this the noodles were so salty and there was very little āphoā flavor and all salt. Never experienced this in my life. So sad.

You will not be Pho-king disappointed! Customer service was excellent, greeted quickly, educated about the menu cheerfully, price and quality was perfect. Spring rolls were fresh! They were considerate of our 4 year old and verified a lot of ingredients before serving him were OK. We are from Dallas and were so happy to find a nice restaurant for our family, and with a good sense of humor.
