Food was very much on point, both in flavor and in portions. The owner is very hands on and cares about customer’s dinning experience, it reflects in the super friendly and helpfulness of the staff. The spring rolls and the brisket is top tier
Very friendly service. Chicken Pho was good but the Shrimp Tempura was the best! Didn’t take a picture because it was gone by the time I thought of the review lol
This was my first time dining at Pho Q Long, and I was absolutely blown away! I had the chicken and egg roll vermicelli, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had—packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. My partner had the chicken and shrimp combo, and it was just as delicious.
The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. On top of that, the vibe was amazing! The playlist was on point and added the perfect energy to our meal.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, flavorful food and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
As a Vietnamese who cooks Viet food at home, I would recommend this place and have recommended to a few non-Asian people. I tried Pho, Bun Bo Hue, and Banh Canh Cua; they were all good, certainly better than the other restaurants in the area. Also, staff is always nice and attentive.
BEST PHO I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried it ALL. The food here is so delicious 😮💨 20/10
The banh mi would have been perfect if the bread wasn’t over toasted and rock hard. The jasmine tea did not have any flavor of jasmine, it just tasted like regular hot tea and was brown instead of the yellow color you see at other places. The staff was very friendly though, and offered me another tea bag, but I don’t think that would have helped at all. The tea was already darker than it should have been. I would try it again, but I would ask the staff to not over toast the banh mi, and I would try something else to drink besides the Jasmine tea.
1st vietnamese restaurant I went to since I got back from Vietnam and this restaurant was delicious!
Great banh MI and Viet coffee! Excellent service, as well. Clean and peaceful atmosphere. You won't regret giving this place a try!
By far the best Pho experience I’ve had in Houston! Also ordered a chicken sandwich as an appetizer which was really good. I shared half of the sandwhich with my shordy and she loved it. The food came out in a quick and efficient manner, and the customer service was top tier!! Everyone greets you with smiles and it brings a home-ish environment/vibe that makes you feel welcomed. Shoutout whoever is on the aux because the music was amazing. The atmosphere is great here. They definitely have a recurring customer out of me. Thanks for the great experience!!

This is the saddest bun bo hue I’ve ever had. Sad to see this as I used to frequent this place living in tomball but have since moved away. Came back to this spot while in the area but seems it’s gone downhill. Bun Bo hue typically has different cuts and blood pork but this one fell below the mark. Also had asked for eye round on the side for the wifeys pho because it overcooks when they throw it in with the soup. Dude came out with it cooked but just plated separately. Oh wells on to the next.

Pho Q Long is the best Vietnamese food in the area (NW Houston, Tomball) and I was very happy to give them a try on a whim a couple of weeks ago. Since then my wife and I have gone back two more times to try other dishes and we were very pleased each time. They also have great service and it’s also a BYOB place, which is great!!!

We regularly order from this place when we don’t feel like cooking. We moved to Tomball after living in the Heights area and we were sad about leaving some really good Vietnamese restaurants in the Heights that we frequented. Then we tried Pho Q Long and knew immediately we had found our go-to for delicious Vietnamese cuisine. The food is consistently good and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend!

The fried wonton meat was pink and undercooked, the inside of this place is dirty and the customer service is horrible!
If I could rate the food and customer service zero stars, I would.
First impression walking in: Ambience felt very unsanitary. There were dirty tables and dirty dishes nearby the cash register and the to-go girl went to clean it up after she saw me looking around then touched my to-go bag with her same hands she cleaned without gloves.
But let’s get into how we got here:
I was on my lunch break & needed to find a nearby Vietnamese restaurant that had fried wontons since I was craving some after visiting a Vietnamese restaurant in Katy that had the best fried wontons EVER!
So, I came in on my lunch break to pick up my mobile order of fried wontons —
Well, when I got to work to eat the wontons - the wontons were undercooked, super chewy and had a horrible after taste.
So, I called them and asked if I could exchange this menu item for another one because I was totally turned off altogether as to what meat or cooking methods they use to prepare the wontons…
At first the manager or owner “Dang” or “Dane” was so mean spirited — he wouldn’t shake my hand, said it’s because he’s preparing food (NO GLOVES WERE ON HIS HAND) & he was so against me exchanging until I informed him of how unethical that was considering their meat was the reason I even had to exchange.
So, he finally agreed. I told him I’d come by after work to pick up my fried rice —
I called in my order after rice 15/20 minutes prior to my arrival and instead of having it ready for me to grab, pay & go — they waited until I got there to prepare my order.
So, I politely asked for a total refund because of after work obligations — The same guy — Dang refused saying since I took a bite out 1/6 of the wontons that I could not get a full refund.……..of food that I did not enjoy nor eat but simply tasted.
This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Vietnamese restaurant. 0/10 recommend
