Service at Pho Saigon is what you would typically expect at most Vietnamese restaurants. Prompt, polite, but not overly talkative or friendly.
The restaurant itself was extremely spacious. It can definitely accommodate large parties if needed. As far as we can see, everything was clean. The decor was just average, nothing really stood out.
We ordered two different dishes on a lunch outing:
Pho tai bo vien - beef noodle soup with eye round steak and meatballs. Honestly, we've had better. The broth was just average. The rice noodles were kinda clumping together and we had to separate them to eat 😬
Mi bi kho - egg noodles with beef stew. This was a hearty and comforting dish! Also a good portion size but a bit too salty for our liking.
Our overall experience was just average. The food wasn't bad per say, just nothing really stood out as memorable.
The only great thing about this restaurant is the price. Unless you're dining around Chinatown Bellaire, it is difficult to find another Vietnamese restaurant this affordable! This is especially true for those living near the Cypress/Copperfield area.
Would only recommend if you're looking for something extremely affordable. There are much better Vietnamese restaurants nearby.

One of three Pho places in Cypress that have earned a spot. Change the music.

The store was exceptionally clean compared to other Pho restaurants, with newly upgraded facilities. The friendly staff greeted us warmly upon our arrival. However, the quality of the Pho had noticeably declined. The soup was plain and salty, unlike its previous taste. The punch of brisket beef for the large size was quite dried and lacked flavor. Despite being a regular customer for a couple of years, I must admit that the Pho quality has not been up to par lately. Nevertheless, I will give it another chance.

I order the chicken pho…are the chicken was good but the rest wasn’t fresh. The noodles were hard. I didn’t like the fake packets of sauces …why can’t they give fresh house made sauces…disappointing. Never again.

The broth to the Pho was OK, felt like it was missing something, however the service was pretty bad, after I ordered the waiter made no further interactions with me whatsoever never even bothered to ask if I wanted a re fill on my water, he was more interested in standing by the counter talking to the other staff members

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I have tried many dishes here. Anything you order, you can be guaranteed, will be fresh, flavorful and delicious. I especially recommend any of the Bahn Mi’s along with the meatball pho. Today I tried the Mi Bo Kho and egg rolls. It was a 10/10 perfect lunch. In addition the staff is always very kind and the food comes out very quickly!

I have been eating at this place for several years. Unfortunately, the original owners retired, but the new owner (s) has made a few changes, the combos are not part of the menu anymore, my favor loose leaves tea is not available, I learned the hardest way when I ordered a hot tea and got the kettle with a lifton tea bag inside, nasty. Pho was good.

I have been coming here for 15+years. They’re consistently, delicious, and their menu has many items most Vietnamese pho restaurants do not have. I highly recommend you try their banh xeo, a Vietnamese crepe with shrimp, pork belly, and bean sprouts. It’s enjoyed with an array of veggies. Also, their pho is very good. Plenty of meat. Highly recommend
The food was super delicious as always and Kim was very lovely and friendly. The next time you bring your family to eat here, ask for Kim. She gives the best service
