Let me share my experience of Pho Saigon. For starters, you have to pay before being seated, also included tip. Food came out before we got drink, when drink arrive, only had mine, so ask for water for my family. only bring out one, so ask for 2 more for my kids and the guy said you "NEXT TIME ORDER EVERYTHING AT ONCE" . Then I ask for cook beans sprout and my wife wanted the raw one, he said only 1 plate per table, We order 2 bowl of pho and one rice dish, I did not lose my composure and softly told the guy he did not need to talk to us that way, instead of listening to what I had to say, he walked away with attitude like he didnt have to hear this. Why would you want to lose business over beansprout and water? How does a place treat customers that way and expect to stay in business. Fantastic experience! I'm down for supporting local asian business, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I think this place is over rated.Pho did not have much flavor.I have had better in other places.The employee was over worked and vaping inside the restaurant.Better Pho in other restaraunts.

I just purchased two sandwhiches Banh Mi Thit Nuong/Pork $6 no jalapeño extra meat $3, another one with Noung/Pork $6 Extra beef $3 a total of $19.48. Thjs was the most grocest sandwich I've ever had. This is not my 1st time eating here. I had 4 slices of meat on both sandwiches this could not have been extra meat Plus the meat did not taste fresh it was dried out. I will not be returning to ever order from here again. After returning to work. I realized this was not acceptable. I called the store noone answered the phone rung and rung.

Got the buy 1 pho get 1 free today delivered. The worst pho I've had in a long while, no flavor. It literally tasted like water. I'm assuming that because there was a promo, they diluted it like crazy just to meet the demand. Disgusting, waste of my money. Will not be ordering here again.

Currently my favorite Vietnamese restaurant! So bright, clean and inviting. We dined in for the first time a couple days ago and the service was a 10/10. They greet you upon entering and we were served really quick and our food was to us in no time.

Good Asian food for North side. We came for lunch with my co workers. I ordered the rice and grilled pork. Plate looked kinda sad they could dress it up more with green onions and oil.
food was AMAZING! my husband and I got the white chicken pho and my mother in law the beef egg soup and found it super delicious. the plus was the young man attending us he was super attentive & welcoming!!

I tried for second time just in case the first was a fluke but the pho is so bland. I had to dig into my pantry to add spices. Also they provide a regular spoon for pho. Which I should have taken more seriously the first time. All other pho places give that pho spoon.
