Pho Tau Bay is my go to spot for pho in the Cypress area. I have been coming here for years now and it is always consistently great. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is always fast and easy. The pho is amazing with a rich flavorful broth, generous portions, and fresh ingredients every time. We've sampled four different items from the menu:
Mi Hoanh Thanh Ca Vien - Wonton noodle soup with fish balls in a delicious pork broth. Simply delicious 😋 Broth was rich and full of flavor, the restaurant did not skimp on the noodles or fish balls either. Highly recommend!
Bun Bo Hue - full of meats and well seasoned. Would definitely rate as above average in taste.
Hu Tieu Nam Vang - not a typical item in Vietnamese restaurants unless you're in Chinatown/ Katy Asia Town. This pork based soup was full of meats and veggies. Very well balanced!
Pho Tai Bo Vien - the standard beef noodle soup with eye round steak and meatballs. Solid in taste, nothing mind blowing.
Pho Tau Bay is one of the better Vietnamese restaurants here in the Cypress area. As long-time customers of over 5 years, we will definitely continue to return 😊

Very good food. I’ve tried their banh mi pork sandwiches, pho, wonton soup, spring rolls. Everything is very tasty. Great service.
This will be my new go to place in this area. We tried the spring rolls,fried egg rolls bahn mi and beef with white rice. All of it was fresh and delicious.

I eat pho every day sometimes twice a day this is my favorite spot. They also are very nice on my birthday. They gave me a free bowl of soup. I appreciate that they’re always on point. Give it a try if you haven’t already it’ll be worth your time.
