Horrible customer service. I asked for a simple favor, just to put a food liner or foil so my food does not touch the platic .The guy in the counter acted like I asked for something free. He said they can't do that. Apparently they dont know the harmful chemicals that these plastic containers release..This was my last time in this restaurant.

This is first time go and will be last time… I order their new food, seafood with beef pho $14… and then inside put imitation crab meat I understand that is not real but this is not even can eat, just like flour smell so bad, really bad experiences..

And food so expensive.

Was a little shocked to find my Bahn Mi in the bag unwrapped. DoorDash says the noodles come with broth but it didn’t. No condiments just a dry sandwich and noodles. Had to order broth separately. Menus are inconsistent between ordering services.

They do not accept debit cards for less than 10.00 only cash and they do not have a sign that indicates this before paying and very rude service.

I don't go to this place anymore, because the shrimp is not cleaned, it still has poop, it is cheap shrimp, and the food is expensive, that's why I don't visit this place anymore.

Lunch special is worth it- combination pho is tasty

Best Pho I have ever had. Bahn Mi was also one of the best. Can’t wait to come back.

Serendiptiously, randomly picked the place for a quick lunch while running errands. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The service was spectacular. The server explain to us with lots of patience and very detailed. She was so nice and kind. The food came out fast (not a busy evening) and it was all tasty, hot and fresh. After dinner we stayed a while to chat and tried their milk teas. Oh, boy! That matcha tea was delicious. Try it with the black boba. Super recommended. Kudos, #TinaPho
