Great place for a quick bite. Was busy when we got there, but seated pretty quickly. Food is not the greatest compared to other spots within Houston, but the service makes up for it.

Food is good but service was not good at all. Everyone’s food came out except for one kids chicken pho. When I asked the manager where it is she said “I don’t know we are still waiting on the broth”. Doesn’t make sense how the other chicken phos at the table came out except the child one. Our server also had a horrible attitude.

I just come down from the bay area maybe they have better quality and it's the first pho spot I been to here in TX but men I call to place a chicken charming pho large but the broth was cold and the chicken was actually shredded chicken and the chicken was actually kind of cold as well, the portion seem kind of small for a large. For drink a pick on strawberry tea which in the menu look very appetizing with strawberry garnish but nope it was plain no garnish but the actually tested was great, the drink easy a 4 star it could have been a 5 but I just felt tricked. So please don't take as a blash on your restaurant, take it as a small changes need to be made to make a really great spot. And to make clear I park outside and eat the food to enjoy everything.

They charged me for what I ordered (large order of the pho house special with rib) but gave me a medium pork broth order of pho that tasted like fish🤮....when I called back to tell them that my order was wrong they lied and gaslit me.

I love the food, but the service from the owner's daughter was terrible. I ordered three orders of spring rolls to go and they only gave me two sauces. They even wanted to charge me for a third one! If there are three orders, why don't they give three sauces? It's a small thing, but that kind of nonsense can make me not want to go back to the place.

And regarding your response, it's a lie. We asked for four sauces, and you replied that you could only give us two. So it's not company policy, it's your personal policy.

I’ve been to a lot of pho places, but this place I’m super impressed, broth was amazing service fantastic & the pork spring rolls were some of best I’ve ever had.

The service provided by the young man was great.

The food had an unpleasant smell that I couldn’t work around. I left my pho there and just walked away. It had like a dirty water taste. I will not be returning. I rather take a thirty minute drive to Heights and find something there.

Chaotic, servers are slow have no clue what to do. Mangers just looking lost. Food came out lukewarm like it had been sitting all day.
