Super low-key and located in a quiet little shopping center, Phuong Nga is without a doubt my favorite place to eat and really the only reason why I'd even consider returning to Houston! Everything is fresh and tastes amazing. No matter what you get off of the menu is pretty much guaranteed to be a new favorite. It's also not too expensive, either. Lam, the manager and primary employee is also super-nice.
I've been in there 3 times now and I become more and more appreciative that this little sandwich shop exists! The owner is so incredibly nice and it's obvious that she puts her heart and soul into everything she makes. Better yet it's Vegetarian friendly!

Very good sandwich!! Very friendly service!! Highly recommend!! Good tapioca too the tapioca pearls are one of the freshest i ever had. Super soft and yummy!! Try it out for that real crunchy toasty fresh sandwiches this is the place to go!
