I used to go to Picnic quite often before the pandemic. I was very excited to see that it was still open. The sandwiches are just as I remember. I always get the lunch box turkey sandwich. I used to also pick up a loaf of their delicious jalapeno cheese bread. I was really bummed to hear that they had lost their Baker and no longer have the cheese bread. My husband and I stopped in yesterday for a quick lunch after some appointments. The chicken salad sandwiches were delicious as always, the cookies were yummy. Such an easy nice place.

Food wise, I’m a big fan of the pimento cheese sandwich here. My mom loves their salads. It was busy on a weekday for lunch, and it’s easy to see why it’s a place with so many regulars.
