Visited close to closing time; unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The two attendants, one short and with black hair, the other tall with blonde hair, were rather rude. Despite being aware of the late hour, their unprofessional behavior included whispering, sighing, eye-rolling, and even putting away toppings while I was still placing an order. As a business owner myself, I find such conduct unacceptable; my employees would be reprimanded. Additionally, when I mentioned having a customer phone number for points, the ladies laughed, which seemed immature given my substantial purchase. This occurred on 1/26/24 around 8:50 pm. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly.

The best frozen yogurt in Houston! I have been going to Pinkberry for years now, and nothing beats their fresh ingredients and yummy toppings. The only problem is the limited space inside. The benefit is that the more you frequent Pinkberry, the closer you get to getting a free one!

My wife and I come here often and we always have a good experience except for today. There was a short Asian girl with glasses and tattoos working today and she barely filled up my medium cup and my small cup. Another customer also complained that she didn't fill up their cups adequately. She had a very rude demeanor and when she went to go fix the tables and chairs outside, she through her hands in the air and started violently putting the chairs back. I get that everyone has rough days, but I felt very uncomfortable eating my half filled cup. If I'm paying good money for frozen yogurt , I expect to get my money's worth.

Love the franchise. Unfortunately this is one of two remaining locations in Houston, which this is the more convenient one to get to. Parking is OK- front of the store parking, or back of the store (bigger lot). The quality of yogurt is phenomenal! Way better than all other competitors. I always get the original + fruit (personal preference). Enjoy the tartness more than anything. The staff here is pretty nice for the most part. A few times I’ve experienced some issues with not filling my large size cup with enough yogurt. When I pointed it out to management, they said they retrained staff and offered me a complimentary yogurt. Hope they continue to give full cups as promised!
