The place was empty and also looked dirty but I ordered anyway. This location is off of 14th st & Heights. This is the hawaii five 0 pizza. Basically hawaiian pizza .. Guys, I love pink's pizza but this location is Not a great representation!!!

I'm trying to order a delivery to an address that is a 5 min walk from your location. I'm paying a $3 fee (ok, fine), I'm tipping $4.60, but I still cannot checkout because your website is giving me an error telling me to add another $2.10 for delivery. There is not a button for that, there is no way for me to know how to do that. You have lost my business. If you want to correct it, you will get money from customers but right now, you look incompetent and loosing business. I'm using up-to-date Chrome browser by the way.
Edit: Now the owner (or whomever is assisting the actual work) is asking me what location I'm ordering from when Google maps reviews gives you no way to reply to someone. Also, it says what location I'm ordering from in my review. I'm reviewing the Houston Greater Heights location. Hey owner, the location I'm ordering from is on the review you're replying to. Have you tried to order from your own store on a computer before, ever? How do we manage businesses in 2024? We just let some large personless tech company do all the work and wait for customers to complain before we try to fix anything? I ordered from UberEATS by the way because I'm hungry and not waiting for you to troubleshoot your systems. I honestly don't know why I'm replying except this is amusing at this point.

I’ve been coming here for years and am a long time PP fan, but the quality has been slipping for some time. Usually I’ll pay more for PP over national chains because the pizza was considerably better. Just not the case anymore. Recent order for a large pepperoni pizza (basic) resulted in an overcooked and dry pizza that lacked cheese. Seems to be a trend as I’ve been underwhelmed the last few times as well. Disappointed and unlikely I’ll be returning anytime soon.

We don’t live anywhere near a Pink’s so we grab a slice or two every time we’re at the airport. We were finally in a situation where we were close to the Heights and needed to grab dinner to go and thought of Pinks. They hooked us up!! I don’t know if it’s and every Tuesday thing, but we ended up getting to take home two free cheese pizzas with the rest of our order. We killed one cheese pie on the way home! Pink’s NEVER disappoints. My fav is the Supremo and my guys love the Big Boss.

I had struggled to find a pizza place that opened early enough to accommodate a children’s birthday party. I contacted pinks the day before the party, and the manager was kind enough to arrive early the following day so we could pick up the pizzas right when pinks opens! It was above and beyond and the pizza was a hit at the party! They’ve gained a forever customer.
