Excellent Pizza 🍕 and service even on Halloween 🎃 when Doordash was eating up alot of the Orders...wait time was long but well worth it. In my Top 5 Pizza Joints in H-Town Metro and their specialty Pizza 🍕 selection is some of the largest selections around.

The pizza, however, wasn’t for me. The slices were pre-wrapped, and instead of being baked in a proper pizza oven, they use a conveyor oven like Domino’s. That took away from the authenticity and the fresh-from-the-oven taste I was hoping for.

Enjoyed some delicious pizza for lunch with my daughter! She loved their Caesar salad. We ordered to-go but there are a few tables inside to eat. Service was quick and friendly. Food came out hot and fresh. We will be back!

I’m sorry but something has definitely changed with the recipe. I ordered a big boss pizza and cheese sticks and had to force myself to eat both of them. The bacon is horrible and it’s the only flavor you can taste. It almost reminds me of the “bac’n bits” that are fake and sold on shelves in grocery stores rather than actual bacon.
I also had pinks in the airport last week and the crust was like cardboard… This wasn’t like cardboard, but there’s clearly something going on. This went from being my favorite pizza in the city to something that I will literally never order again

The cashier, Bre, provided excellent customer service, which was a pleasant surprise given my previous experiences at the store. Unfortunately, the other staff members were rude and the store was often unclean. Bre, on the other hand, seemed to genuinely enjoy her work and took pride in her customer service skills.

Popped in right at 11 am. No one else there. Waited a while and neither staff acknowledged me. I nicely said hello and older lady gave me a dirty look and mumbled something. I said excuse me I didn’t hear you and she said one moment. I waited a while longer and finally just walked out. I don’t ever mind waiting but lack of acknowledgment along with acting like I was bothering her changed my mind. First/last time I’ll try here.
