We frequently order pizza for delivery from pink's. The service is fast and easy. The pizza is always high quality though some times it has arrived cold. Have not been in person yet so can't comment on the dining room itself or service in the restaurant but will be trying it soon because we love the pizza!

This is the second time I've ordered from this place, this time I ordered a cheese cake and they sent me something else as a replacement that doesn't have the same cost as a cheese cake, that was pizza dough with cinnamon, they really should take that off the menu , it was horrible... I tried to make a claim through Uber Eat and there was no way, I hope they don't charge you for what they sent me, it was really terrible

They forgot the anchovies. Everything else was fine, But when you order a pizza and request anchovies, there needs to be anchovies, or else you didn't fire the order correctly.

Pinks pizza used to be one of my favorites. I went in today to get a few slices to go. I was informed that they make their slices “to order”. I then decided to get one plain cheese pizza slice and another white sauce Alfredo pizza slice, for which I was charged a dollar more. Additionally I tipped. Upon getting home I was disappointed to be eating a clearly previously pre-made cheese pizza with Alfredo cheese sloughed on top. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager Ethan who was completely unapologetic. I expressed to him that I felt like them telling me that the Pizza slices were “‘made to order” insinuates that these are fresh slices of pizza. He then admitted that they are pre-made and they add toppings on top. I told him in that case they shouldn’t have told me they could prepare a white Alfredo pizza it’s quite misleading. Ethan then asked “what I wanted him to do about it” again very off putting as a customer. I feel as though the quality of this restaurant has declined. Disappointed that restaurant management couldn’t come up with their own solution to remedy a customer complaint.

We had not ordered from here in probably 5 years. This review is for today. I placed my order online and it indicated my order would be ready for pick up in 45 min. There was a tracker that showed it was being prepared. It never showed ready. I showed up at the time I had been given and my pizza was ready as well as barely warm. I would guess it had been sitting there for around 20 minutes. The crust was ok. The pizza unimpressive. Bottom was a bit pale. All in all there are other choices nearby and we will not be ordering from here again. I remember 14 years ago excellent pizza. Not anymore.

I've been ordering from this place for quite some time now, but not anymore. Over the past few years, the wait time grew consistently, up until the point when I ordered a pizza, and my Uber Eats driver had to wait inside for about 50 minutes (!).This is unacceptable and should be communicated upfront. I wish this place could've improved on their efficiency in managing orders, since their pizzas are pretty good.
Michael & Ethan were great! They provided great recommendations for my friend visiting! ? We ordered the Buffalo Chicken

I never write reviews, but I don’t want others to think this is an acceptable pizza. I ordered a GF pizza (I have celiacs) with sausage and mushroom. I just moved here and this place had great reviews. I am so disappointed! Barely any toppings. hardly and sauce or cheese, the pie was almost dry, see photo, terrible cheese quality. Bare bones bland non-Italian pizza. It was a $28 - 12” pie! This is a sad excuse for a Pizza, never again!
