It was Easter.. so that's a busy time. Service was fantastic. Food was very good..nice choices..multiple choices. Can't say it was impeccable but overall a very nice family outing. The only falter was in reservations. They should be more explanary. 1st question should be have you been here b4? That would probably have fixed all but the crying child! Thank you all for a very nice time.Wheelchair accessibility: No one asked if there were handicap individuals. My biggest issue with our visit was that nothing was discussed as it was our first visit. Parking was not explained either. ?

Didn’t get to try the food; we waited 12 minutes before getting up and leaving after not being greeted at our table or water when we saw new tables being helped… maybe my kind isn’t welcomed ??♂️

I highly recommend this eatery and suggest that you ask that Tara be your server! Our party received awesome table service qnd were very impressed with this being our first visit! I have already made reservations for my husband and I. All I can say is enjoy!!!!!

Food was good but not super filling, the place was really fancy and pretty. Service was great the waiter was super nice and even funny, you should make a reservation because if you don’t they’ll make you wait and sometimes even if you wait you won’t get a bowling alley, we asked if you could get a alley but he said it was close at 9:00 even tough it was bearly 8:30.

This place is really cute. I like that they didn't have loud music playing. We were able to talk and catch up without yelling. The service was great. Everyone was friendly. The buffet had many items to choose from and they were all pretty tasty. The bottomless mimosas hit the spot. Our server was very attentive and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. Went last night with my girlfriend on a date wanted to try something new. Walking in the atmosphere is upscale nice for where it is located, lots of space and weekdays not too congested which is what we liked. When we got to our lane we started to bowl, the host let us know the server would be right with us. 10 minutes had gone by and she was no where to be found so I requested one through the system so in total 16 minutes almost and finally get a server to come to us. After she came we put in an order for bucket of beer, and the calamari just to have some finger food. 20 minutes passed and all that was brought to us was beer, still waiting we noticed that for a night that is slow our food still had not been brought out. My girlfriend and I decided to cancel the order just seemed it was either forgotten or just not been made at this point. 9 minutes prior to my lane ending a young man came by and brought us the food and said they had comped it for it being so late. The food was cold so it was most likely forgotten and left to sit. If you do decided to go here you'll have fun I would just eat prior to going. I myself probably won't be making it back there anytime soon from my first experience just left a sour taste in my mouth from the service.

I had a team meeting and team building event at this location. Loved it! Special shout-out to Courtney, our incredible server, and Keith, the events manager. Great team, great location, great time. Highly recommended for team meetings and events!
It’s a great venue and the parking is easy. Arriving at the elevators in the garage upon our visit, it was not marked the entrance was on the lower level from Kirby side. It would had been helpful if someone explained other size bowling balls were available. There were more sizes in the back against the wall outside our lane area.We did not order food as we had a late lunch elsewhere after picking up relatives at the airport. Staff made us feel fine even though were there for bowling only.
