I’m not sure what changed, but the quality of the pizza has dropped significantly. I placed a to-go order today for three pizzas, including the Rio de Janeiro (chicken with catupiry) and the Bologna (with mortadella). I was honestly surprised by how little chicken and mortadella were on the pizzas. It felt almost misleading when compared to the photos shown on the ordering website. Definitely not cool. had a great experience at Piola Houston Memorial! The service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a night out. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Everything we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great Italian food in a relaxed setting.
