We came for Taco Tuesday to try all the different tacos. This chips and salsa are awesome; it'd be nice if you could order just a refill of the chips. All the tacos we tried were very good, except the Gringo. Skip that one; it's gross. Service was good.
Today between 4:20 PM and approximately 5:30 PM, I visited Pistoleros and sat at the bar where I was served by General Manager Joel.
First, I want to acknowledge that the food was excellent. The kitchen clearly takes pride in the quality of the dishes, and the meal itself was very enjoyable. Compliments to the kitchen staff for delivering such a strong product.

The drinks and the nachos!!!! This is a cool and trendy spot with an ample tequila bar. The food was good, the nachos absolutely the best hands down. We got the geound beef ones with all the trimmings. Jason the bartender was super cool and makes a pretty good bloody Mary Mix. We came for tacos but will be back for the nachos!
