3 years ago I had left 5 stars ! I come to update this review today April 25, because of the poor service they are giving.My house is 10 min and with traffic 15 I had not eaten so I opted to go through the same order for 3 years in a row but the checkout girl did her job but the cooks did not giving me a pizza that I would never eat and much cheaper than what I had paid!I realized until I got home because as I repeat I have 3 years with the same 2 orders and I called by phone and they did not give me a solution I went and wanted me to wait longer apart from the 25 minutes I had already lost also there was a man as manager which said sorry in an ironic way and not at all kind by his look, how can they put in box or managers to people with that personality ???? Talking to me as if I didn't understand English and him having an accent! I didn't pay for that, I just wanted my usual pizza and my 5 wings ... they should change those cooks and that man so rude.And I wasn't going to wait for someone else's mistake, much less with that deal!I came back empty handed and with 1 hour of time wasted ....3 years going there and I will never go back again unless I know they have new friendly staff.

Very disappointed,I order the spaghetti and meatballs.The photo shows melted cheese on top.Thats the way it came years ago at another location,so to my surprise there was no cheese melted on top I called the restaurant and she told me they don't melt cheese on top just sprinkle Parmesan.They need to update the photo,that is very much false advertising.I ordered delivery so didn't know until I received the food .The taste was good but that missing cheese was disappointing and killed my appetite.It is even on your website."melted cheese"on top Are u serious?

I was delivered the wrong pita but they corrected it and sent it quickly.Kid-friendliness: My kids love to order the pitas and the footlong pizza rolls.

Pizza Fino's pizza is always excellent. When we have company and order it, they always ask where we got the pizza from.
We order delivery from the Copperfield location. Usually pizza and wings, sometimes a pasta to split. Food is usually spot-on and much better than any big chain, tastes very fresh with fast service and they're very accommodating to customizations. But I want to talk about the WINGS Eliceo made for us the other night. We like them extra HOT, crisp, saucy and garlicky, and Eliceo went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. These are not some mass-produced battered, greasy fried mess, that's not how Pizza Fino does things. Our compliments to the chef. Thanks, Eliceo!

Love Pizza Fino! Delivery is my "go to" selection choice. Everything is nice & hot when the wonderful food arrives. ? Yummy.I like their apple pie for dessert. Great pasta dishes, sides, salads and desserts. Try it, you'll like it!
The gluten free pizza is the best I've ever had. The crust is nicely thin and crispy and loaded with cheese.

It's been a couple of years since we ordered Pizza Fino carry out. I always thought it was okay, but not the best pizza I had ever had. Something shifted because we ordered a Deluxe pizza tonight and it was really good. The crust was thin and crispy and the toppings were really fresh. Delicious!
