I had such a great experience here! The pizza was delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Jesse was super attentive and provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time at a pizza parlor. He made me feel right at home, checking in to make sure I was good before I left and that I was completely satisfied with my order. His friendly personality and genuine care made the whole experience feel special—it didn’t feel like I was “just ordering pizza,” but that I was in great hands and my order was being taken care of properly. Because of Jesse, I’ll definitely be coming back again! Also so good! I’ve never been a fan of Pizza Hut tbh until I found this location on crosstimbers as it always feels fresh and never heavy!

The manager was very rude to his employees, the wait time was long. The time we spent waiting for our food we witnessed 4 different people walk in ready to order and then leave. No employee deserves to be berated by managers in front of customers. Shame to the manager.

We witnessed the manager being very rude and disrespectful to his employees, service was terrible, very long wait time for me and other customers and phones was ringing non stop and they never once answered, I used to be a pizza hut assistant manager and I never seen worst managerial work and service at this store

I don't know what those who work there really do, the line of cars waiting to be served is incredible, you go inside and everyone looks at you but they act like they don't see you, no one comes to serve you and they aren't even serving you. the line of cars, they are playing, they are on their cell phones, talking to each other, etc. but they don't attend to you, and when they do, they are rude!!! This pizzeria should literally go bankrupt with those they have working there, they should give opportunities to people who really want to work and not be giving a salary to the good-for-nothings who are working there right now. Awful
