If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!! This place is mediocre. I was wanting Pizza Hut today so I went online like I usually do to place an order for pick up. Something was going on today with the site because it was going very slow and would not let me order. After about trying for a good 45 minutes I decided to go in person to place the order. I go to this location on Crosstimbers and 45N. I go in and a hispanic older man walks to the counter looking like what the heck was I doing there. He was giving a very unwelcoming vibe. His face had this look like he was being forced to be there. He asked me if I was picking up so I said no that I had been trying to place an online order but the site was acting up. He rudely says I don't know nothing about that. He looked very disgusted that he had to help a customer (me). Then I say to him well can I place an order here and his reply was a rude ugly face gesture as if saying go ahead I guess. So I continue by saying I would like the $7 deal and he again rudely replies that's only online. At this point I just walked out because I did not trust that man making my food with all that rudeness he was letting out. This older hispanic man is Rude and needs retraining in customer service. Or if he is unhappy with his job than he should not be there. I decided I still wanted Pizza Hut so I took my business elsewhere over to the Pizza Hut on 59 & Little York. My order was done great and the customer service was great as well at the location Little York. I asked the kind young lady if the $7 deal was only online and guess what she said....... she said that it could be ordered online or in person.... smh... I do not recommend the location on Crosstimbers and 45N. at Northline Commons. Pizza Hut, this location already has a low rating and it will keep getting lower if you don't check this fool working there.

Placed an order on the 24th of November, just to never receive my order. The dasher who was supposed to deliver it never came, called the dasher and the store and nobody answered. Called corporate for a refund and i have to wait for someone to reach out to me again. When nobody has reached out NEVER ordering pizza hut again.

Who knew picking up a single pizza would be so much trouble. Placed an order online through my phone. Was told it would take 15 mins. As I was walking up to the door there was three employees outside smoking weed. I proceeded inside and there was one employee inside walking around. The inside had a dirty mop water smell. I gave the cashier my name and she brought my pizza out right away. As a habit I opened my box to check my pizza and it was correct. I ordered a thin crust and the one given to me was hand tossed. I told the girl this was the wrong pizza and she asked for my receipt. She looked at my receipt and looked at the pizza and asked what's wrong. I pointed out on my receipt that I ordered a thin crust. She then went out the side door to call the employees back inside from their smoke break. As they were coming back this was the conversation between them; Girl: I need a thin crust Guy: bruh, I'm tired Girl: just make a thin crust Guy: give him the one that's up there Girl: no, he wants a thin crust Guy: just give him that oneGirl: he doesn't want it Guy: why he being pickyGirl: idk just make the damn thin crust Guy: this some bullshit I then had to wait about 18 mins for my pizza to come out. Make sure to check your order as it appears they try to give you whatever they are in the mood for.

The person that takes online orders is rude as hell , he rushes you to take your order and talks over people I just hung up the phone . Rude
