Singularly one of the worst experience I have every had with a Pizza Hut, I order food online and paid with a credit card. Call to find out what happened. Woudn't let me talk, kept saying my credit card didn't go thru for the full amount (a lie), when I asked if I could talk. I was told, if you don't like it you can cancel the order. Not sure how this place stays in business. I can understand their 3.6 rating.

I Oder a pizza for my mom on Friday evening which was on the 9 th of this month may,and never received my Oder of 36 dollars. I then called Pizza Hut and the girl stated it’s nothing she can do and hung up on me. Wow how ghetto is this Pizza Hut what kind of people Pizza Hut is hiring. Do not ever order a pizza from this location it’s really sad they just took my money.

Contacted Pizza Hut. No response in over a month. But that wasn’t expected, as their Corp. customer service is non existent. This outfit is run by AYVAZ Pizza. They really pay no attention to detail.
Ordered the Tavern Style Pizza for the 2nd time, never again. Both times, it was not prepared well. It wasn’t cut properly or crispy and with literally no flavor. Wouldn’t even call it Pizza, just dough with meat. Look at the size of those slices. That’s not tavern. Embarrassing. Included pics.

Usually they are good but this time they went to the incorrect address, delivered the wrong drinks, food wasn't correct, delivery guy dropped it.

Ordered pickup. We used to order here a lot. This time pizza had hardly any of the toppings we paid extra for. Literally 5 tiny pieces of sausage on a large! And two pieces of onion. Nothing else. I can get better plain pizza at the grocery store. Not going here again.

I was a little nervous about the older reviews but i was mistaken management at this location cares about its customers and if something doesn't turn out the way you like it, they wont get an attitude with you about it simply fix it. Will definitely comeback and see Mrs Alice she is an absolute joy!

I have been working in Houston for the last 3 months. So occasionally we like to just order some food and have it delivered since we are not from here. We have ordered 4 times from this place and the last 2 times they have messed up our order by leaving things back at the restaurant. So we call to get it straightened out and all they do is tell you if you want you can come and pick it up even though the food was delivered. Like whats the point of "delivery" if they are not going to fix their mistake and bring you what you paid for. So if you don't do that they tell you that you can get a credit but they don't offer you a refund. Even their own delivery driver confirmed that they left it out and all he could say was that the food was already packed for delivery. This has been horrible service and I will not recommend anyone getting their food delivered. They are probably keeping the items left behind and taking home at the end of the day. Poor service all around
