Ordered pickup. We used to order here a lot. This time pizza had hardly any of the toppings we paid extra for. Literally 5 tiny pieces of sausage on a large! And two pieces of onion. Nothing else. I can get better plain pizza at the grocery store. Not going here again.

I was a little nervous about the older reviews but i was mistaken management at this location cares about its customers and if something doesn't turn out the way you like it, they wont get an attitude with you about it simply fix it. Will definitely comeback and see Mrs Alice she is an absolute joy!

I have been working in Houston for the last 3 months. So occasionally we like to just order some food and have it delivered since we are not from here. We have ordered 4 times from this place and the last 2 times they have messed up our order by leaving things back at the restaurant. So we call to get it straightened out and all they do is tell you if you want you can come and pick it up even though the food was delivered. Like whats the point of "delivery" if they are not going to fix their mistake and bring you what you paid for. So if you don't do that they tell you that you can get a credit but they don't offer you a refund. Even their own delivery driver confirmed that they left it out and all he could say was that the food was already packed for delivery. This has been horrible service and I will not recommend anyone getting their food delivered. They are probably keeping the items left behind and taking home at the end of the day. Poor service all around

Placed order on Jan 8th. DoorDash er refused to deliver to hotel because felt uneasy. Called store they offered to remake and have us pickup. We had no vehicle since we were going to MDAnderson. Was told I would recieve a refund in “x” business days. Still no refund 9 business days later. I will never order here or suggest this store to anyone

I ordered through door dash and came to pick up my pizza when the app told me it was ready. When I got there 4 people were already waiting for their pizza and the lady at the counter was very rude. She told me that it’d be another 15 minutes but it really turned out to be over 45 minutes It was horrible service for something that didn’t turn out well. It was very tense waiting with already angry customers while that woman behind the counter walked around with her hoodie up. Won’t be coming back.

Do NOT waste your time or $$$ here.Ordered ahead on the app, got there 5 minutes after the estimated pickup time, and had to sit in lobby with about 10 others for over 45 mins while the clueless staff fumbled around trying to figure out who ordered what when. Finally got my order an hour after ordering it and both pizzas were stone cold and made incorrectly.Legitimately the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut, will never return to this location, we’re a Dominoes house moving forward.

Not sure why I had to call a call center abroad to order pizza five minutes away - but I went with it. After 30 minutes I decided to call and ask to speak with the store - the person told me food was ready and they were waiting on a driver. After another 30 minutes - I noticed they refunded my order and then closed.... Just frustrating and horrible service.
Be careful. Don't waste your money and time. My pizza never arrived, it's been more than an hour and a half. This is the worst possible service. And Pizza Hut didn't give me my money back. $30 to the trash.
This is the only Pizza Hut I usually order from Pizza is always on point and employees are always friendly

The Big New Yorker is just a standard large size pizza. The cheese on my pizza was baked into the crust, making the whole pizza a dark orange color. I forgot to take a pic of this!Also, the pan pizza I'd ordered was so thin. I guess it was made as a hand-tossed pizza. It was also missing the bell pepper I'd added.
