I had my girlfriend place the order and my pizza always is a hit and staff is awesome to work with. Shout out to Crystal the delivery driver , she is always a pleasure to interact with even when times are delayed she is professional.

Ordered a pizza with a delivery time as 7:15pm. The delivery time changed to 7:30pm. I didn’t not receive my cold pizza until 7:42pm. If there is a delivery staffing issue there should not be an option to have delivery. 🙄 I gave the service 3 ⭐️’s due to the little older lady who delivered the order.

I thought it would be a good idea to order pizza for our techs in training, so I went online, placed my order, chose to have my pizza delivered at noon time and at 10:30 AM I received a text message with a link to track my pizza and it stated my pizza shoud arrive between 11:55AM -12:05PM. So at 11:55 I waited by our front door to make the delivery comes to right suite, at 12:05PM I checked the link again to track my delivery and it stated delivery should arrive between 12:28PM - 12:38PM. So I had to go to our training room to inform the techs to sit tight, the delivery is on its way. Around 12:30 I checked the link again and it stated my pizza was delivered at 12:26 PM, so I immediately called Pizza Hut to tell them that I have not recieved my pizza, the lady blames the new tracking system for the error and the order is on its way. So I go to our training rooms and I have 4 techs bored to hell waiting for pizza. Around 12:45 the driver pulls in, I go out the parking lot, greeted him and politely asked him why is my order 50 minutes late and he immediately tells me that he was not suppose to be there and today was his day off. The pizza was not fresh or hot, looks like it was a couple of hours old, the receipt appears it was printed at 12:00AM. The order was for (2) large (2) topping pizzas, what could possibly go wrong! this is my second order that went south with this store!! I usually don't post negative reviews but the service I received today was unacceptable and had a negative impact on our schedule.

Terrible experience! They said it was a 25-minute delivery. Tracker showed it had been delivered (which it was not). I had to call 3 times for them to tell me that it was delayed. Then, the escalation team never answered. Plus, they left me on hold the times I called. Never again ordering from here!

Place an order it said it was going to take 15 minutes. I got there at the time it said it was gonna be ready and they took an extra 30 minutes to be ready they were all in the bag no one was talking to me. Worst Pizza Hut ever.
