Ordered wings and they barely put any sauce. Half of the chicken is plain. They try to charge you if you want “additional sauce” which should have been on the wings anyways

Place is always not busy plus they do not wear gloves at all!! The cashier person is the same person making the pizzas without gloves or washing their hands’ So gross, I stopped coming here unless they start wearing gloves and not do two jobs at a time.

I’ve came here twice and had a bad experience with the employees that work here. An employee here told me that I cannot get deals here because they have “no access to the internet” so I ended up having to pay full price for the pizza when I just wanted the deal. They were rude to me the first time I came here, never a pleasant experience. Not coming back.

I am not in the habit of leaving bad reviews because I am in sales myself, but I will this time. My wife ordered two pizzas and a couple of melt aways. She always orders pepperoni for her and bacon and ham for our kids. Somehow the order didn’t post correct and we got a bacon pizza instead of the pepperoni. When we called to find out why our order was wrong, he said it was on the ticket that way. My wife would not have ordered it that way because she would not have the only kind she eats. The person on the phone not only would not hear it, accused her of lying, and was quite rude to her. If he truly was the manager, then that is not how you treat a customer. Poor service, whether we were wrong or not.

If you enjoy a place that'd serve you a mangled pizza missing parts of slices from your pickup order, constant hangups, and phone hold times longer than it takes to drive back to the store to talk to someone, then this is the place for you!

So is Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place this is also the first time that I have tried Pizza Hut since moving to Houston so this is my first experience. It was absolute poor customer service. I called to correct the order 2 minutes after I placed the order. My confirmation email was sent to me at 1:08pm. I called them at 1:10pm, they tell me that they have already made it. I advise them if you can make a pizza in 2 minutes ,do not bring me that pizza. I asked them to go ahead and cancel my order at which they did. The major complaint here is they lost a $35 order just because they didn't want to put out more dough slap some sauce and put it in the oven. I really hope corporate see how easily they just let money go like that. And the other major complaint is I'm so used to the Frontline people passing things off to the manager. However and I won't put her name on here she was just one of the managers who would take up for her agents regardless. Which is not right you mean to tell me that y'all would have just had a rough time putting sauce on some dough? never again at this restaurant

Our fast-food Pizza Hut order was anything but fast! We ordered $112 worth of pizza online. It was supposed to be here over an hour ago. We’ve called several times and all we get is the call center in some country who knows where. Our closest location is the one on Clear Lake City Blvd in Houston, Tx. We will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.UPDATE: I should add that our order was for 5 adults and 3 pre-teens who were all getting pretty “hangry.” Our food was supposed to to be delivered by 6:30 pm and it was well after 8 pm by the time it arrived. And one of the pizzas was not what we ordered—instead of a thin-crust veggie, we got a regular crust pepperoni. My daughter finally was able to get through to someone locally and we are supposed to get a refund. I haven’t seen it on my credit card account yet. We’ll see if that credit actually shows up.
