I placed my order around 11am and requested delivery at 1pm. The pizza came in around 2pm 1 hoir late and on top of that it was cold and very dry. I haven't ordered from pizza hut for few years, really disappointed

I order delivery from here semi-regularly and have only had a mistake with my order once which they quickly fixed for me. The employees are very polite and helpful, and of course the pizza is delicious as well.

This was extremely disappointing. I was looking for a tasty cheesy pizza and go this dry over cooked pie and the chicken already pasta was dry and just not edible. This was a waste of $15. Will not be back. I’d prefer a refund.

Pizza Hut should never do anything on Tuesdays no two dollar pizza for a pan people waiting for three hours for pan pizza. I know it’s not the people‘s fault. They only had one oven. They didn’t give nobody anything no refunds or anything. Just had people coming for a carry pizza sat in the lobby for two hours. Some people walked up there Mind you it was raining. I know it’s nothing that people could do. They work there, but Pizza Hut should not do the two dollar thing they are not ready for nothing extra extravagant.

When I arrived I noticed the employees in the kitchen didn't have hair nets or gloves and making transactions without washing their hands before going back to the kitchen. I stood in the lobby for a while before I was greeted. The atmosphere doesn't feel welcoming at all. I definitely will not be ordering from this location again.

Thanks to the reviewers i wont be doordashing from here. Anytime im in a big MULTI CULTURAL lovely city I always check reviews 1st. Way to many 1 stars. Ill pass. The only way we fix these issues is stop giving them your money and your time. Bankrupt them all.
The pizza from here is not good at all. It arrives cold and tastes sour. The bread sticks are extremely salty and the delivery drivers don't follow delivery instructions. You're better off ordering Domino's

?Worst Pizza Hut Experience Ever??
This was literally the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. While I was there, I saw the employee refund three different customers because their pizzas were lost. How do you lose several pizzas?
When I arrived, I told the guy at the front I had an order, and he said it would be an additional eight-minute wait. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes before he asked me for my name. He then went to the bottom of the pizza warmer and handed me my pizzas, which were missing the desserts. He told me they were out of the desserts, so I asked him not to charge me for them.
When I opened the boxes, I discovered both pizzas were made incorrectly. I told him, and he said they were out of the pizzas I ordered, so they just made anything. Both pizzas were thin crust and looked dry, like cardboard, having sat in the warmer for too long.
While waiting, I had time to look into the kitchen, which was chaotic and filthy. If you walk into this store, I recommend looking to the side and all the way back into the kitchen—you won't want to eat anything from there.

The guy told me my order would be about 20 minutes I ended up waiting about 45 minutes. I walked to the counter for one of Guys came from the back ask me my name only for him to hand me my food which had been ready sitting in the warmer. I really appreciate him now as for the food it was horrible the wings barely had sauce on them and the pizza was overcooked. If I didn’t have to take my meds immediately I wouldn’t have eaten none of it ?and the restaurant was filthy.
