Horrible people working there !! I just order my pizza online and they couldn't call us or leave us a message to let us know that something was wrong I had to wait 1 hours and until I decided to call back and just to be rude online and hang up on me I hope they change management!!!

Don't order here the have door dash people and they never carry and change. So unless ur going to pick it up don't order from this store.

The fact that the workers thought this was okay is unacceptable. I will never come to this location again. I showed the cashier the pizza and asked what happened she replied and said she didn’t know now I’m waiting 10 plus more minutes for a new pizza with all my toppings

DO NOT order curbside. They refuse to do curbside which makes no sense why they offer the service. Additionally they put all my toppings on one side when that’s not how I ordered it. Super aggravating!

I can’t walk and asked for curbside and was refused. Call center’s are notorious for that. Lady inside helped me to the car. Great employee. Please get the phones fixed. TY

Older Indian gentleman was rude and impolite. I frequent this location and have never received such terrible service. I ordered online and showed up when the ready for pickup email was received just to be met by a rude and combative man claiming the order was for the wrong place. I showed the email showing this location and he disregarded that detail then proceeded to walk away and ignore me. He must have cancelled the order during this process because then I received that notification. DEPLORABLE SERVICE

I've gone to this place for many years n tonight was the worse experience ever. I was greeted by Mnger MIKE aka MICHEAL MYERS!!! He was a straight up Bully who overused his authority towards one of his employees tonight. He stood over him n badger him for a good 5 mins in front of guess. The employee walked away with his head hels down feeling defeated, ripped away of his dignity, afraid n embarrassed! This wasn't the first time. He was too comfortable to do it in front of customers. The atmosphere was very tense n on edge. I was next to encounter him n he didn't DISAPPOINT!!! He greeted me with 0 customer service n hostile for no reason.Hes definitely in the wrong field n shouldnt be left in charge of a DOG!!! Hopefully, corperate reads this n reconsider who they leave in charge!!! I chose not to do business tonight because of it!!! WAY TO GO!!!

I've never had a problem with them. My good is always spot on, and the service is about as good as you can expect from a pizza chain. What more could I ask for?
