Pizza Hut

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place, and the ONLY reason I do is because it’s close to my home. The person answering the phone is beyond rude and completely unprofessional. Zero common sense, zero customer service, and absolutely no respect toward customers. The tone alone makes it sound like he hates his job and doesn’t want to deal with people at all. Whoever the manager is if you’re reading this you seriously need to reevaluate who you have answering your phones. This behavior is unacceptable and drives customers away.

Ordered pizza for delivery online. It said to expect delivery in 25-30 min. They're less than 2 miles away, but 45 minutes is a more reasonable time frame. After 50 minutes I checked online and it said my pizza was delivered 20 ago. I call the store and tell them we haven't received it & I'm told they will call the driver and call me back. They call back saying the driver rang the doorbell several times and finally left it on the porch because we didn't answer the door. I said we're home, the door is open, there's no pizza on our porch, and there's no way that we'd miss someone coming up the walkway and they can see us from the entryway, so they left it at the wrong house. They said they would remake it and we'd have it in the next 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, I have to call again because still no pizza. They said it was dispatched 10 minutes ago and the driver should be there soon, but if he doesn't show up in 10 more minutes to call back and they'll work something out with me. Whatever that means. 15 minutes later the driver shows up. It took 2 calls and 2 hours to get our pizza from them when they're 1.3 miles away. Order delivery at your own risk. Customer service is not a priority for them at all. 0 out of 5 🌟 👎👎

Personal pizza is a joke. I had exactly 3 pepperoni slices on this pissa, no sauce, and very little cheese. Only two workers. Short staffed but don't send sob par food out the door.

The service was great, not many specials and I waited about 15 minutes for a fresh pizza. Cashier was nice

Pizza came out uncooked the dough was really meshy n mushy of how uncooked it was at least we have another remake but they can improve on the cooking time

Hate that they deliver via door dash my food arrived in horrible state. Do not do delivery. 5 dollar deliever service plus tip for this? Nah.

The food is fine, but the service is pretty bad. For some reason, I almost always encounter a rude worker. Not only that but the pizza is terribly expensive :(

Don't bother ordering from this location. I ordered a pizza, pasta, wings, and a cookie. I never got my wings or extra dipping sauces. I called 5 times, with a wait time of over an hr just to keep getting redirected to the call center and told that they can't do anything to help or just hung up on. This is ridiculous. Oh, and there was also a hair in my pasta. Again, DO NOT ORDER HERE.

This is what $4 fries looks like now. It’s a rip off. The package change should not equate to this.

I love this Pizza Hut. Its the best Pizza Hut I have ever had. The manager, Jimmy, is awesome!
However, Pizza Hut llc. and whomever the franchise is, your app is the worst I have ever seen and is almost unusable. The call center you use sucks too. Stop lying to yourself that sales are in the garbage because of increased competition. Its because it is so difficult to order food. Fire the person responsible for this app, start from scratch and come out with an advertising blitz apologizing for your terrible old app while promoting an app people can actually use.
Pizza Hut brass, you should all be embarrassed and fired for destroying your business. Heck, hire me and I would fix your business within the year. I know you won't because of the good ole boys club at the top living in bubble-echo chamber full of yes-men.

Rudely service .. never coming again

I have negently chose not to comment on service at this particular branch of pizza hut. This time I feel it is imperative that I speak out. Last time, about a week ago, I ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni and half hamburger with extra sauce and cheese. I did not get the extras that I paid for. OK. I let it slide. This time, I ordered the same and I got it but with an extra double dose of salt. The most saltiest pizza that I ever threw away. My son asked me to find another pizza establishment besides pizza hut. I am inclined to concur with his wishes. He also said to let everyone know about the excessive salt which is extremely unhealthy. Shame. After being sick all night, I have retrieved the other half of the pizza and will be contacting a lawyer. I feel that pizza hut purposely added the extra salt to hurt my family.

Put some cheese on the pizza! I see to crust on pan pizza!!!
