I've gone to this place for many years n tonight was the worse experience ever. I was greeted by Mnger MIKE aka MICHEAL MYERS!!! He was a straight up Bully who overused his authority towards one of his employees tonight. He stood over him n badger him for a good 5 mins in front of guess. The employee walked away with his head hels down feeling defeated, ripped away of his dignity, afraid n embarrassed! This wasn't the first time. He was too comfortable to do it in front of customers. The atmosphere was very tense n on edge. I was next to encounter him n he didn't DISAPPOINT!!! He greeted me with 0 customer service n hostile for no reason.Hes definitely in the wrong field n shouldnt be left in charge of a DOG!!! Hopefully, corperate reads this n reconsider who they leave in charge!!! I chose not to do business tonight because of it!!! WAY TO GO!!!

Ordered a pepperoni LoverBut It Barely have any pepperoni on it. What cheese did anything? Hey, wasn't cut right. Write all the way through.Plus It was half cooked And when I Told Them I was here.To pick up my order, I was told I was too early. I gave him 30 minutes to make my order before I got there. I was still too early???? I've been two years set we have pizza Hut Now remember why are we never ordered again

After calling twice to make sure it was for delivery. My order did come quickly. But the taste that I'm use to being a Pizza Hut was terrible ?. And the prices has really gone up. I guess I'll stick to little Caesar's same pizza for less??♀️

This particular Pizza Hut franchise is clean inside and outside and in a good accessible location. And each time I have visited the pizza is deliciously fresh and good. So far, I have experienced great Customer Service from employees over the phone and in person.

Listen up. Go and do business with this location.On my original order of 4 pizzas they messed up on 2 of them (my son's and mine) today. I called and talked to the manager and he was very understanding and offered to remake pizza and have it ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick it up and he and the team went above and beyond to make it right!.The manager was very friendly and made effort to connect. Reminds me of what great customer service should be.Thank you again and now my family is happy and full. It was delicious.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at Pizza Hut...the guy who I later found out was the manager was VERY RUDE...I order a family box pizza with wings and bread sticks...I selected the curbside option because I had my baby In The car and didn't want to take her out...I watched one employee walk outside twice but the second time he left for good...now while watching this employee I'm looking like ok where is my order...I called and called the number to see what was going on...no answer...so I decided to get out to see what was going on...while walking into the store I called the number again to see if the phone was ringing...it was...the "manager" walked up to it looked and let it ring...then he finally came to assist me...when I asked what was going on and why my order wasn't brought outside to me...he so rudely said well unfortunately I'm understaffed...ok I get that...but that's not my fault...so my food sat there because he only had two workers...ok now mind you...my order was the ONLY box jn the warmer...so I kindly asked for a REFUND and corp office number because it had been so long...he said have a good night and walked to the back...I have never had someone be so RUDE because of their own fault...and for it to be the manager this is ridiculous...contacted corp...no response...so why ask me to take a survey when no one responds or nothing will be done about it...Pizza Hut has lost me as a customer and I'm going to tell everyone I know do NOT USE the S Sam HOUSTON location by Target unless you want to have a manager be RUDE TO YOU or NOT GET YOUR FOOD WHEN ITS READY.

I gave them a three for this particular visit because the toppings were slim to none. I ordered a personal pan and there was like one bell pepper and one onion on the pizza. I'll be back to give them another shot.
