Worst pizza hut in my life! Can't even call the store to resolve a simple issue! Over an hour calling and getting transfered to people that dont know how to take care of anything. Apparently you cant even call the actual store location at all!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Make pizza hut great again.

Went to this Pizza Hut to get two items 16 piece boneless wings and a pepperoni pizza. The cashier doesn’t seem to know how to do his job or he is trying to pull a quick scam on either the customers or the restaurant its self because he charged me 30$ so I gave him 40$ and he gave me back 10$ and some change for the wings and pizza and when I asked for the receipt he handed me a 10$ receipt for the pizza which only said I paid with 20$ instead of the 40$ I originally gave him and then didn’t want to give me a receipt for the wings which was 16.99. He also told me that he was only taking cash because I didn’t tell him I was going to use my card and I had already placed a big order so he couldn’t redo it but I only ordered 2 items lol!

Place was dead at lunch time, not sure what it mean but, looks llike a sign. Also no menus, so you better know what you want..good thing I remember what I ordered after thevRockets won their first championship in 1994.

The guy in there ignored everyone there was like 8 people waiting on orders no manager in sight and he was rudely saying he didn’t know how much longer we were told on the app our food would be ready at 4:31pm it’s now 5 pm and still no food if you’re in a hurry I’d suggest go to another Pizza Hut this one’s customer service is awful no cheese on any pizzas I said light sauce not no cheese 6 pizzas and 4 were like that then they said they didn’t prep enough to make more then some lady told me I need respect because I got mad after over and hour wait worst Pizza Hut ever in my life and I used to work for them

Ordered delivery. Was totally disgusting pizza. Burnt cold 1 hour over delivery time we were told. Driver blamed the hut!!!! Not his fault it was late or cold. Crust broke off just touching it. Wish I used ccard.
