2nd time in a row i got an undercooked "Think and Crispy". Last time i order from this location. I dont know if its an issue with the oven or what but a floppy doughy thin crust is not acceptable.

I called to confirm that my order was for delivery and the time, I spoke with Jaime who claims he’s the manager. he said that I canceled my order when I NEVER did that. He continues to tell me that they don’t cancel orders on there end that it’s impossible and that I he’s sure it was me who canceled. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. Do better Pizza Hut and Jaime.

If you order pizza from Pizza hut make sure you ask for the specials because if you don't ask for discount they will charge you regular price I got the big box a 3 topping pizza for like 35 dollars and regular price like 50 something and it's not bad I

Was suppose to give me credit back due to no cheese on some slices. They never did. They cancel orders at 10:20 due to them not wanting to work past 11. Then hang up in your face acting like they didn’t. Trash customer service. Obviously trash workers

The lady that calls herself a Manger by the name of Maria need to be replaced she is very rude and unprofessional while not speaking proper English!! She must be having a bad day! But there's no need to take it out on the customer's or anyone else. I've been a customer for 5 years my pizza was under cooked , she tried to charge me way more money and when I complainedshe got really rude and unprofessional once again.BECAUSE of Maria pizza hut will be losing a loyal customer. way to go Maria? I hope you find a job that makes you happy obviously pizza hut isn't it sweetie!!

The pizzas and cheese bread weren't baked long enough. Totally raw dough in the center, and pizza was so limp it needed a blue pill. BUT the guy that answered the phone (although sounding young) was very polite, professional, and helpful before handing the phone to the manager who said she'd have them remade. Since pizza is inevitably made by (and consumed by) imperfect humans, I'll still give a decent review. Cheers to the dude that clearly put effort in his customer service.
